Hi Team, I have made an online payment for my policy premium, using ' bill desk' gateway of LIC portal.. I have received an auto generated mail from my bank stating the debit of premium amount. But I was not generated with any online receipt. I have the payment reference number which I have collected from the bank. Please let me know the contact details of the customer service team of LIC who can help me knowing the status of the payment.
