Sir i paid through sbi credit card a quarterly renewal premium of rs. 1531/- on dtd. 19/10/17 & payment id jaxg[protected] & lic order no. 11740729 received after payment successful against policy no.[protected]. Till date i am not received payment receipt in my email id inbox similarly in spam box. I wasn't aware of my premium account so I requested the cashier to help me with the premium amount... But the staff was so arrogant that she entirely denied there was no queue as well... Also, she refused many others saying time was over were still there was around 10 minutes left, for the counter to close.
Kindly update my new email address, mobile number, and forgotten my user id, password please solve my problem early possible send my update email address.
