I have not received the premium receipt for my policy no[protected] which was paid in April 2016 through ecs.

I have paid the premium in April 2016 which was due through ECS from ICICI Bank saving account.

Request you to please do the needful to send my premium receipt on below mail id.

I did not receive receipt on my mail id dpkv.[protected]@gmail.com of paid premium which was paid on 3.3.2017. Total amt. 24235 paid through net banking payment ID HSBI[protected] and LIC order no. is 17401686.Kindly mail the premium receipt on my mail ID.
