Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Unable to pay premium online

Dear LIC,

I am unable to pay my policy premium online.
I am always notified "wrong data entered" while paying premium directly or by registering as new user.

I have tried to call the customer care number for Hyderebad branch (which is given on portal) but no one is responding which is quite frustrating.

Please help me in order to pay my premium online or i have to look for an alternate.

Please note that there are some frauds who are calling back to your grievances and try to take your debit card details.

I have received similar call from Mr.Deepak - [protected] pretending to be from LIC Mumbai to address my complaint within 5 minutes from posting here.

He was asking all the debit card details on phone.

Please be aware and do not get trapped with such fraudsters online.

I request Consumer Complaints forum and LIC INDIA to please look into it seriously as frauds are targeting customers on your name.

I paid online premium through the mode of online on1st Dec.under policy no[protected] of rupee 3254/- by visa card.but I can, t get receipt yet on my mail ID .so do the needful.I check my mail as ur advice that I got premium receipt within 3days.but I can't get it upto 5dec.so pl do that needful for this
