My name is Vijay Kumar Reddy, and my ARN Code is LIC0206261F. PAN CARD NUMBER: AENPV1478G. I request you to kindly deactivate my ARN number from the IRDAI portal, as I am currently working with another company.

LIC has already issued an NOC certificate to me. However, my current company is still holding my salary.

I kindly request you to take the necessary action to deactivate my ARN number at the earliest.
