Life Insurance Corporation Of India — Payment debited from my a/c but not credited in lic | |||||
I have tried to make the renewal payment for my LIC Policy on 09.10.2015 by online transaction through IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway using my Canara Bank Debit card, for an amount of Rs. 10061.40 including the payment gateway charges. During The transaction the amount got debited from my bank account and I have received a confirmation mail from the Eazy2Pay PG Team, as below “Dear Customer, As requested by you, please note that the following SALE has been processed by IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway : Merchant Name: Life Insurance Corporatio Merchant Ref Number: 08012949 Payment Amount: Rs. 10061.40 Payment Date: Fri Oct 09 12:13:02 IST 2015 Card Used: XXXX XXXX XXXX 9045 Transaction Identification Number:[protected] Please quote your Transaction Identification Number for any queries relating to this request. We thank you for subscribing to Eazy2Pay and assure you of our best services. Sincerely, Eazy2Pay PG Team But later I found that The amount is not credited in Lic Account and my policy was shown unpaid. Then I made the premium payment again by another transaction ( Transaction No PR[protected]), thinking that the earlier amount will get credited back in my account. But till date it has not happened and I am worried of losing the amount or betrayed in an online fraud. I request ICCF to give a clarity on this and take necessary steps to getting my money back and correcting such inconvenience caused to thecustomer.
