I have taken the plan for a lifetime, at the 2nd payment, instead of paying through cheque, I have paid it through login on my account where it was showing EMIs Option. from the multiple cards, HDFC cards were showing rs 4999.12*6m EMI Plan with rs 1269.72 (15%) interest (pa), EMI Discount rs 1275 and Total Payable was rs 29994.72.
I have paid the 30k amount with this selection however when I got the statement, I have been charged with rs 5269.85 on 1st EMI and the 2nd EMI was 5070.21.
I am continuously sending mail to all Lifecell emails however every time I am getting the same reply related to the interest rate (15%) that you will be charged. even I called to Chennai office and they are also saying that I need to contact Bank related to EMI and they are not providing any EMI Option and I need to connect with Bank. I have informed all the relevant information however they are not listening to me properly.
