I have paid my due amount by 24-Jul-2021 and i got a confirmation email with order number. i got so many calls for lifetime payment and i denied.

my account is suspended state now and i already opened ticket on 06-Aug-2021 to fix it. it's been 3 weeks since i paid my due amount and a week since i opened ticket EM[protected].

is this way lifecell works? i keep calling customercare and they say wait for 24 hours.

        I'm very disappointed with your service I'm really fed-up even I'm thinking it's totally wrong decisions to take your policy I wish I could choose some other policy.

        1. I was talking to your executive from 14th of July regarding my payment link which I didn't received even on call also but till now I didn't received any payment link.

        2. Last year I just called him and ask for payment link he asked me for one year or 21yers or life long i said I just lost my job I happy for one year wala due my financial issues. I asked him 3-4 times next year I have to pay same amount like 30k for life long he said YES 30K FOR LIFE LONG FOR NEXT YEAR HIS WAS VERY SURE AND CONFIDANT I said mail mail mai 1st birthday likha hai still HE AGAIN SAID YES IM SURE.
        so I pay for 4 for one year

        Now I recived I called from Aamir I don't remember he said nahi mam u have to pay whole amount that scream is only for last year.
        I don't no what type of employees u keep anyways i'll pay only 30K for life long without any action or call send me link I'm really pissed off.

            We are very disappointed with the services of LifeCell. We registered with LifeCell on 5th April, they told us that we would get a baby Stroller and baby gift Hamper in the package. But even after lapse of more than 3 month the hamper and Stroller are still not delivered. The executives call/message you several times when they have to sell the package but when you are following up for your entitlements which are part of contract they don't reply/answer. It raises doubt about the reliability and trust on the Company as when they can't keep their promise of timely delivery of gifts, how can we trust them with safe preservation of stem cells for lifetime. So beware of such companies and its executives Emil Nelson, Ajit who do not keep commitments and are very casual and indifferent in their services.

                I had registered for life cell for lifetime membership for my baby uc preservation in Feb 2021. I was promised by Life Cell Sales Executive Ram Sharma that, we will get baby stroller voucher of Luvlap brand in 45 days on email. It has been more than 4 months now and all my repeated follow ups went in vain as stroller voucher never got delivered on email. Sales person, Ram from Gwalior MP branch have made false commitment and after multiple followups his answer is always same I will update you for which till date I never got any ETA or any date as to when will I receive the stroller. Not trustworthy people. I feel cheated and worried more as I committed myself for their preservation service of these unprofessional people. I feel if they could not deliver to the commitments which they made what can I expect from them in future.

                    My delivery was planned on 18 june and i have informed both the person from whom i was dealing with and the concern sample collection incharge. Then also at the time of delivery hospital staff, my husband in fact the doctor personally called the person “ naveen” to collect the sample but still he was not on time due to which i have to take one hour extra pains just to the delay of the person.
                    I need a strict action against the person because i was promised by goverdharn kumar that the person will be their before the delivery.

                      Lifecell employee named Venkatesh T (email - venkatesh.[protected]@lifecell.in) literally threatened my wife and misbehaved with her badly for payment. he was pretending as we owe him money or we took some loan form him and he asking back his money. i will upload full whatsapp chat and call details. he calls her 10 - 15 times a day. when i counter him that how dare he can talk like this, he suddenly removed his pic and blocked my number. i have complained regarding this to his senior floraaparna.[protected]@lifecell.in (her email), unfortunately she hardly cares. now i am gonna take strict action against him for sure.

                        At the time of registration & and also represent the representative was commit that total of amount paid with two part and with emi facilities, but the after first part of payment the company says that the bajaj which was first payment partner is not their partner and demand me to paid the second part of amount 35ooo/- which is paid by onetime, but in this pandemic i unable to paid the full amount with one time,

                        So please arrange to make my payment with emi, because i dont want to lose y baby precious cord cell .

                          I have registered in lifecell in October-2020 and agreement done for 75 years plan. I have given the fees of 19990 + Hospital charges as required.
                          I have also handed over a cheque of 30000 for plan as explained that time.

                            Same situation with me last April 2020 i had contacted the lifecell customer support for plan details and they explained the plan with 50000 for 75 years storage plan all inclusive. so they offered me two payment mode 1st at time of enrollment and 2nd at the baby 1st birthday which is this year. I opted for EMI option for 6 six months, they asked me to pay 767 as a loan processing fees and another link i received form liquiloan finanace of 23990 rs. which i received the payment confirmation but they have mentioned storage plan as annual storage plan. Mentioned annual storage plan i overlooked that time. now i started getting call for lifetime upgrade for another 45000rs. so i conveyed above mentioned details to them and wrote multiple emails too. now they are asking for a proof of this commitment made by their sale representative which obviously i get did not recoreded the call. so how can i submite the proof since they did not provied a document for this. i was wating for balance payment of 26000rs this year so they started asking me the proof then i got to know they provied all document for annual plan.if they are not providing me lifetime storage plan as committed by them then i would like to refund the amount, stem cell to other bank as well as the penalty amount too.they offered 20lac of insurance incase of damaged stem cell at the time of need .which also not mentioned in the agreement paper this also commited by the sales representative at the time of enquiry. my CRM number is #[protected].

                            In response to this they have suspended my account saying that due date is over. how can i pay any amount if the issue is not resolved yet and keeps sending mail saying that we dont have such plan and asking for the proof. if they dont have this plan then how other people have same issue which i am facing with lifecell. how their customer support is selling the plan which i have mentioned. I am not the only one who is facing this kind of fraud marketing policy.

                              I want to inform you that life cell is continuously demanding us for the payment of 1st installment of approx 20000, life cell started demanding there payment after 4 years, so kindly tell me why life cell did not acknowledged there payment in 2017 and they started the process for preservation of our child stem cell after the payment of 1st installment .So kindly refund our payments with interest and we are very disappointed with your services and don't want deal with your company

                                I have taken the plan for a lifetime, at the 2nd payment, instead of paying through cheque, I have paid it through login on my account where it was showing EMIs Option. from the multiple cards, HDFC cards were showing rs 4999.12*6m EMI Plan with rs 1269.72 (15%) interest (pa), EMI Discount rs 1275 and Total Payable was rs 29994.72.

                                I have paid the 30k amount with this selection however when I got the statement, I have been charged with rs 5269.85 on 1st EMI and the 2nd EMI was 5070.21.

                                I am continuously sending mail to all Lifecell emails however every time I am getting the same reply related to the interest rate (15%) that you will be charged. even I called to Chennai office and they are also saying that I need to contact Bank related to EMI and they are not providing any EMI Option and I need to connect with Bank. I have informed all the relevant information however they are not listening to me properly.

                                no one is listening to me. I am chasing customer care for the last 2 month and till not still getting the same and same reply

                                    I enrolled my baby's life cell 2 years back and initially I deposited 35000/- amount for 2 years and now due to other commitments we were not able to pay remaining amount and now we are ready to pay that amount but the problem is we got a un professional message from terminated team Venkat T from Chennai that you gave false commitment to us so that we are going to terminate your stem cells. Is this right way to speak with the customers ? If you don't take necessary action we will take legal action on you people. We are paying money and stem cells of our babies and one final day you are behaving with us like this. Because of his behaviour we are not going to pay remaining amount. This is worst experience which we had with you people.

                                    Venkatesh T (venkatesh.[protected]@lifecell.in )this guy is mannerless employee of your company.. he threatened and misbehaved with my wife today. he was talking like recovery agent of bank. you guys are not taking any action against him. Because of him only i also want to discontinue my plans with Lifecell. We dont want any service from the company whose employee dont respect their customers.
