My membership number is 1949. We purchased their services for 110000rs. The membership started on 23 december 2018. As per the membership we were supposed to get gold membership in any gym. We recommended the name of the gym closest to our house but since then they have not made payment to the gym. Everytime we ask them they say give us some time. Since december till now this has not resolved and still we have got received the membership of the gym.
Also they are very fake. They show you great hotels in the list when you go to buy membership but when you plan a trip they will always give you a list of all degraded down class hotels. Plus their services are very questionable. They will not confirm your hotels and keep you waiting until you finally plan to cancel your trip. We have faced this twice with them and now we are planning to file a legal case against them

    I requested them to refund my money as i am facing some financial issue but they kept on denying that they will not refund the money. The customer services representatives were not able to give any solutions. I called up swati r. The manager even she denied giving my refund. I sent a mail asking about the dates i can travel thinking that i wont get my money back but however i havent received any reponse yet. Later i read many reviews stating that this company is fraud and came to a conclusion that i want to resign from the membership with likizo and want my amount to refunded asap.

    Kindly help me in this regards.

    i again called them asking the expiry of the membership they gave me a wrong date saying my membership will expire in July'19. Wherein i was being told i had 1 year validity of my membership and had taken it in Oct'18, so according to that my membership should idealy end in OCT' 19.
    I dont trust this company at all.

      This company is only cheating customers and making money. They called us for a seminar and explained various packages and did not even allow us to think whether we should go for it or not. They literally forced us to take 1 week package which amounted to rs.25000/- through my credit card. I was not very much convinced with it however immediately the day after i sent repetitive e mails and made repetive calls asking them to refund my amount they are not agreeing to it.
      They trapped me by forcing me to pay 25k.
      Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get my money back.

        Likizo services is a fraud company.
        I received call that i got selected as a winner in lucky draw coupon which i filled at d - mart at katraj.
        Company representative says collect your gifts from our baner office, pune.
        When i went there, they explained their promotional plans to me and without giving time to discuss with my wife or check anything on google they forced us to buy their membership service for which i paid rs 50000 by using my hdfc credit card and 50000 by using my sbi credit card. My policy number is lsps#h928.
        Now as per their saying, whatever the processing fee for both credit card will be paid by likizo. But still 9.03.2019 i did not receive the credit card processing fee nor any refund.
        I am continuously taking mail & telephonic follow up with the customer care person but no any strong action or reply from them.
        I want all my money back as these are not trustworthy and no any future service will be assured by the company.
        I am very fed up with these people and services.
        Please help me to bring my money back.

          Fraud company. Not giving services despite of paying money and now they are not receiving calls too. Services they committed are monthly dinner, gym, 7 days vacation bla bla bla

          Really frustrated, let me know if anyone want to form group and fight against them, i will be ready to join.

          Hopefully if we go with group we can get result fast.

            I had taken a membership with likizo by paying 90000rs and they had promised many things, but none of it they have provided. Now nobody is picking up calls and they have closed their hadapsar office in pune. No one is available to speak to. I am having lot of trouble booking hotels and they have not provided pickup and drop as mentioned in the agreement copy. I would like to initiate a case against likizo for fraud and false promise and cheating me.

            I have all the email conversations as evidence and i would like to take action against likizo for mental harassment and torture.

            I am now booking for hotels and asked about pickup and drop and they are not providing this and this is the 4th time in the past year and they are repeatedly doing this. Till now they have not provided any 5 star hotels as mentioned in the agreement. Everytime i have to beg and send 100's of emails to get reimbursement from them. Now they are saying that they have limitation on the amount to be provided for pickup and drop (which is not in the agreement) and cannot also give pickup and drop. So this is a clear case of cheating and i have the evidence in emails send by likizo team.

            They also told me about events organized by them and i will receive coupons and entry to these events, but till now i have not received any details about the events. when i ask for it, no one replies to the emails.

            I need an enquiry and total refund of the amount i have paid likizo and also they should compensate for the mental torture on me.

              I recieved call that i got selected as a winner in lucky draw coupon which i filled at kahrgar reliance store and collect my gifts from there belapur office. When i went there on 10th aug 2018 at 12:30 pm they explained there promotional plans to me and i was forced to buy their offer. And when i requested them give some time and enquire about their plan they refused. And they forced us to buy their membership service for which i paid rs 5000 by using my hdfc debit card. This is how they fooled us. And fortunately my credit card could not work at that time, by which they are demanding some of rs 25000. But after i searched on google and facebook i came to know that it is a fraud company so i wanted to get my amout refund. And i started visiting their office at belapur for my refund. First they refused to pay saying that it is not refundable. But as per gov norms there is no such term called non-refundable, after lot of heated conversions he accepted to pay me through big bazar vouchers. So first he gave voucher of rs 1000 and told me that next month onward he be sending it to my residential address, which he never did. And again i started to visit their office for my money. Every time i visit office he usually give some arbitrary dates for vouchers and i usually visit after that dates again asking for vouchers. After visiting many times and again heated arguments he told me that he will refund my money by cash or cheque. So he made me write an application stating the cancellation of membership and refunding my remaining amount, which i did. He promised that money will be credited in my account by monday, which he promised on friday. But even after one month they have not refunded my money. Now they have sent me a mail that rs 1500 will be deducted as administrative charges. Now also i keep calling them, they do not receive my phone. So i had to use some one else phone to call these fraudsters. Please help me to recover my money from these fraud peoples

When i went there on 17 feb at 12:30 pm they explained there promotional plans to me and without giving time to discuss with my wife or check anything on google they forced us to buy there membership service for which i paid rs 5000 by using my axis debit card and 25000 by using my sbi credit card. But after searched on google and facebook i came to know that it is a fraud company so get my amout refund please help me because i am very poor now.

                  I had entered into agreement with likizo services on 17th june 2018 based on assurances and offers explained to me for the holiday membership by paying rs. 18000/-. I have paid rs 18000 using my credit card.
                  On-going through company website of likizo, i found there were no references even on their website for facilities which were offered to us before signing of agreement, most of the terms even are not mentioned in agreement and the welcome letter received next day from likizo services. I had immediately raised my issues and complaint with likizo for clarification, they replied but everything was answered diplomatically and terms changed. I am since then chasing them for cancelling of my membership and refunding back my rs. 18000/-, but they were not acting on same. They are just asking me to avail services or visit office for discussion, but were not refunding back my amount.
                  After long follow-up of 3 months, they have refund only rs 16000 only and waiting for remaining amount 2000 rs.

                  Request your help for registration of complaint against the company to get me back my rs. 2000/- which have been charged by mis-guiding for transaction being swiped through my card and further mis-leading information for terms of membership. Also others can be made aware about malafide intentions of the company and its senior management from being duped in future.

                    Wtf they are understanding to us... Bloody fraud we are the middle class people hardly earning a meager income from which we can't even fill our stomach and they are indirectly looting us i[censored] r somuch interested in these criminal activities then take the money from those who have black money but no u can't do that... Darpok chu* they are completely fraud and it's a humble request to take the action against it so that we get our refund back and no more people are trapped in this because their right place is in jail

But after seeing review we came to know that company is fraud & trap people in the name of membership.
                      We mailed customer care for refund but they refused to do refund. They are telling money is non refundable & we will have to utilize the services. There is no such clause that money cannot be refunded. Please help us to get back our money.

                          I received call from mr. Jay (Mobile no. [protected]) from likizo have called me about some offer and i went to them and mr. Sumit rana (Mobile [protected]) they explained to me about their services and promise me voucher of 18000/- for dmart & big bazar, also payment of emi interest of my credit card payment, pick up & drop facility, 4 &5 star hotel accommodation any where in india & they provided agreement to sign in which all the term and conditions are not there whatever they explained to me and i signed that agreement and paid 47500 rs but right now when i went through many sites found these people are fraud.
                          I don't want to avail any services, i want my money back. Similarly, they do fraud with so many people in pune also.

                              Likizo Services Pvt is and Fraud Company and Forced Membership with Fake Promises.

                              I had entered into Agreement with Likizo Services on 22nd Jan 2018 based on assurances and offers explained to me for the Holiday Membership by paying Rs. 65000/-.
                              For which i was assured that Rs. 5000/- will be debited immediately and balance Rs. 60000/- will be deducted as 24 Months EMI for Rs. 3000/- per month.
                              After several request and complaints on email with them they are not providing me the service as promised and mentioned in the contract.

                              Not Satisfied with the customer services and the arrogant behavior of Mr. Manoj and Mrs. Sandya. This is to inform you that it was us who paid money with intention to take services and during tenure of almost 9/months after paying money we did more than enough request and follow ups for any kind of services and then reached on this conclusion that we are not satisfied with the services. We have mail communications and voice calls evidences where Likizo person simply denied for services under the reference that it is not under our membership plan but when we approached Likizo office with contract copy representative says OK I will check and then will provide services. These all evidence must be available with your database too...please check to verify it. On our first request hotel list given with no stars category and after our mail of cancellation of plan and money refund 3 star hotel list has been shared... Can u Please clarify is this called service level at satisfactorily? I don't think ..for your kind information we have already changed our plan dates as per your response in past and then too Likizo took the base of pet dialogue subject to availability...I don't find this feasible for continuing such services.And also we are not liable to do so many followup and beg for our right.

                              Its crystal clear that Likizo is incapable and failed to keep all its commitments for services and we are paying just good for nothing. Last week date 3 Nov 2018 we visited AMANORA office and met with Customer service officer Mr. Siddhartha Jadhav too but the meeting was not at all fruitful in fact we just wasted our time for getting unresolved approach through customer service. As an evidence you can check your account ([protected]@likizoservices.com)where we have marked all mail communication regarding Case Brief and count the follow up mails and see the time difference and way of responses of Likizo’s representatives. We are not in situation more to deal with such a incapable service provider and as per Legal documents please arrange REFUND of 65000/- immediately to avoid any LEGAL matter in this regard. You can find all the documents attached for your reference.

I had also raised the issue to MD of company Mr. Bhagwan Rohira through mail id registered with Registrar of Companies, but still no action has been initiated, so it seems even senior management of company too is involved in this and insisting team on forced membership to trapped customers. There is no escalation matrix in the company and every replied mail has a complete different response or mention of terms, this itself shows irregularities in company.

                              On reviewing the company reviews online at different websites, there are lot many complaints against the practices of this company and amount being debited in name of EMI. There are also court cases ongoing and FIRs against this company as mentioned by people in reviews.

                              We have requested them that if they are not capable of providing the committed services than please return the money 65000/- as per your contract commitment but they have denied and again gave us the diplomatic and fake responses.

                              Also find the details of the Likizo Services Company and the Members evolved in this matter.

                                I took the likizo membership 2017 dec. They charged me[protected] credit card and 30000 debit card) as membership for 5 yrs. They provided me n my wife 1year gym membership as agreed. No other services were given. And this year they are saying they cannot provide gym services as they do not have funds. Now i am really frustrated n unsatisfied with their services n all i want is my money back. They don't answer calls and don't provide any proper service. They said that amount paid through credit card will be converted to loan with 0% interest. Later got. To know from bank that nothing of that sort has happened. So i had to convert credit card amount to loan and even paying the interest by my pocket. Then manoj (Customer manager) from likizo said that they will repay me the interest amount in 12 months. Only some amount i have managed to get back by fighting with them. Rest all is still pending from their end. This company has cheated me. Now refund me my money back. Now they have shut their office in amanora, pune from where i had taken the membership.

                                  I recieved call that i got selected as a winner in lucky draw coupon which i filled on seawood mall and collect my gifts from there belapur office. When i went there on 8 FEBat 01:300 pm they explained there promotional plans to me and without giving time to discuss with my wife or check anything on google they forced us to buy there membership service for which i paid rs 2000 by using my AXIS debit card and 55000 by using my SBI and 34000 ICICI credit card. But after searched on google and facebook i came to know that it is a fraud company so get my amout refund please help me.

                                    As company asked me to pay rs.2, 500/as down payment and remaining amount (Rs.40, 000) will get deducted as emi from your account but they took all rs.40, 000/) from my account (Rs.2, 500/from debit and rs.40, 000/ from credit) with interest paid for credit card (Rs.273/per month) till date.
                                    Need your help to get my money back.

                                    The representative, Mr. Nazir Beldar said you will get free DMart/ BigBazaar coupons every month or once in 2 month. We got not a single coupon till date since 30th April 2018.
                                    Your representative, Mr. Nazir Beldar was not receiving my call. I am trying to call him since many days.
                                    Need your help to get my money back.

                                      This is a fraud company as they have made false promises and i have been facing issues from the very next day i joined their services, i was called to their office and was trapped to take their service on their false commitments

                                      People from likizo have called me about some offer and i went to them and they explained me about their services but when they provided agreement to sign in which all the term and conditions is not there whatever they explained to me and i signed that agreement and paid Rs 50K but right now when i went through many sites found these people are fraud.

                                      These people just keep making false commitments which they cant live upto and keep wasting your valuable time. I have been following up with there customer care from last 3 month regarding the cancellation of services but they never replied on time and when i visited the Baner office they have told me to write in email and then they will proceed further.
                                      During membership registration I have explicitly asked them will i be able to cancel the services at any time and they have politely said that you can cancel it at any time without any hesitation. After completion of registration and payment process I have again asked them regarding the membership cancellation and within seconds they have change there answer to "If the services are not deliver regarding the holidays in that case we can proceed for the refund". I have been receiving same reply in email all the time.

                                      I have been patient enough to wait for them to refund my money but now that i don't see them responding. Please help on this issue.

When i went there on 14 june 2018 at 06:00 pm they explained there promotional plans to me and without giving time to discuss with my wife or check anything on google they forced us to buy there membership service for which i paid rs 10000 by using my hdfc debit card and 40000 by using my hdfc credit card. But after searched on google and facebook i came to know that it is a fraud company so within 2 hours after payment i went back to their office but they are saying that amount is non refundable they are not accepting my request to cancelled this mebership and get my amout refund please help me.
