We got call from Likizo serviced to visit their office and understand the services which are providing from LIkizo services.
They have one room with background sound system, so whatever we are talking that will not get hear by other person.
During session they have committed many facilities with specific amount as below,
1. Membership for 5 years with amount 100000 INR
2. Health club services for two persons - 5 years
3. Summer camp for two children - every year from Likizo services
4. Dinner for family - 2 Adult and 2 Kids - Once in a month
5. Grocery coupon - 1000 INR per month.
6. 7D/6N stay in five start hotels - India and abroad - only need to pay 1000 INR per day as maintenance charge.
7. Beauty parlour coupon
8. Travel booking discount 40%
9. Event passes for couples
10. One time lunch during stay at hotels.
11. Payment should not pay at once - all paymet will be converted in to monthly installment for 3 years from Likizo services.
12. All interest and Taxes will be paid by Likizo services.
After joining, they called to me and asked to convert the credit card payment into monthly installment. I was denied to do the same as it was not informed during the joining the membership.
After getting statement from BAnk, Shared with Likizo services and asked to refund my ngterest and taxes amount at once.
They agreed on mail to refund the money but still they have not refunded one rupees.
I have the confirmation through mail but now their call is not reachable.

How would I get my money from Likizo services? Please suggest

Dear all,
I was asked to come to their office at v - times square, belapur sector 15, navi mumbai, to collect the gift voucher and to see their presentation for just 5 minutes on 30th december 2018. I was not told that it likizo services company for which they are calling us. The hide this information from us beforehand. I visited on 31st december 2018. It was likizo services company. I have worst nightmare experience with them. They did not disclose their terms and conditions. Their sales guys hipnotised us and emotionally blackmailed us for almost 2 hours.

I was asked to pay rs. 15000 (Rs. Fifteen thousands) for membership and rs. 2222 will be emi for hotels etc. They did not told me that i will be charge 95000 at once on the spot. They also did not show me the agreement terms and conditions before charging money.

They charged my hdfc credit card for rs. 15000 and then rs. 80000.in total rs. 95000.
This is completely untrustworthy behaviour. Since i cannot trust them anymore. I want my full money to be refunded through cheque. I do not want to keep any relation with them.
Please refund my full money rs. 95000 immediately through cheque.

The company is completely fraud, they are bloody cheaters and thugs. Over more than 1000 people have been fooled by this likizo. Mr. Anug pandey bloody cheater creap is main culprit and along with him sohail khan and ashafqe. They need to get arrested and should face legal consequences. We had got likizo services on 31st aug 2018. We immediately planned for a hotel booking for my b-day and they were like we don't provide taj hotel and instead will provide trident in mumbai so we were like of for it and when we told to book it they are like pay 5000 rs and i[censored] want taj mahal in mumbai then pay 12000rs. Again we booked for same as they told that u have to book 1 month before but again they failed to provide the necessity.
We went to their office for refund so after 2 hrs of quarrel they told that we will refund 65k in 2-3 days and u will get ur refund and yes it's one month and still we didn't get refund. We also got a written statement from them that if they fail again i will get my refund. So as it was there in my policy for dinner. We planned for dinner in barbeque nation but they told simply barbeque will b available i[censored] want so we were ok but didn't get any confirmation mail from them. On call they told that ur booking is done so just tell our name so we went and to our surprise again the same issue booking was not done so we paid. 3 days later we went to their office in baner but again they were like we had booked.. They called 2-3 people to confirm the booking.. And they were like we had booked but for us hotel people were like no booking of such kind.
As we were planning for mahabaleshwar they were like u go there, we will book it as soon as possible and still i[censored] r not satisfied then will do refund. So we proceeded.. Now for 31st and 1st jan still we haven't got any confirmation about booking. And when i am calling them since 5-6 days everyday they r like tomorrow u will get, everyday tomorrow they r saying. Today again when we called they are like tomorrow we will give. Means 2 days for trip and still we don't know that r we gng or no. We had a big quarrel with them on call and still they r like we r just booking and u will get paid. But this is causing a lot of mental trauma. It's our worst decision to join likizo.

As company asked me to pay 3000 rs as down payment and remaining amount (41000) will get deducted as emi from your credit card but they took all 41, 000) from my credit card account (3000 from debit and 41000 from credit)

So at this point i felt they are not trust-able at all and hence i want my all money back.

Even after this they are saying that money is non refundable. And as per my knowledge there is no any term refundable as per gov circular.

Need your help to get my money back.

My name is tejendra patil. I would like to inform you that,
I purchased membership plan with likizo services at baner pune on 13 sept. 2018.
In order to purchase likizo services membership plan, i paid full amount of 120, 000 rupees using my credit card. After couple of days likizo services started ignoring my email and not replying to my calls and emails.
Likizo services signed/committed all promises agreement from myself and from my wife on 100 rupee stamp.
They are not providing any service which they metioned in 100 rupees stamp agreement and its complete fraud. When i googled regarding likizo service i came to know that they did same thing with multiple people in pune.
I called likizo services customer care number today for my money refund process they said its non refundable membership and refused to return money.

I paid full amount of 120000 (One lakh twenty thousand) on date 13 sept. 2018 to likizo services.
Likizo services failed to provide committed services and not answering my calls and emails. Please refund my full money as early as possible.
1. Likizo services not credited my credit card interest as committed from 2 months of plan purchase date.
2. Likizo service failed to provide gym and club membership benefits.
I have multiple email communication but they are not replying with resolution and asking me to purchase gym membership for which they will refund. Which is again fake commitment.
Please help me to refund my money 120, 000 rupees.

I taken membership with likizo services and was assured that i will get 3 star plus hotel including breakfast and dinner and airport or railway station pick and drop. With that other facilities like gym and discount on selected hotels. Now i aked them to book a hotel they and they included only breakfast and hotel room they booked was very small. Also dinner and airport transfer was not included. When i discussed with them mr sanjeev told me that arrange your pick up and drop and we will reimburse the amount. I did that and send the bill details to them its been more that 20 days and they have still not reimbursed my amount. I want to cancel my membership and want my amount refund of 62500. I discussed issue with vaishnavi and mr. Manoj pillai their but now no one is giving proper response. They have totally lied to me and now when i am asking for escalation contact they are not providing.

I have taken this membership in jul-18. However i don't have trust on them. I have requested for entire amount but they denied for that and advised for 2year membership for 65, 000 and agreed to refund 60000 in installments. I have received 1installment of 20000 and 40000 still no ot received. I am chasing them from jul-18. I am paying interest every month for outstanding. They are not even answering my calls nor they are calling back. I want to put complaint in consumer court.

I have visited baner office on 8th november 2018 after receiving call from mayur. Unlike everyone i visited their office and with all the offers explained to me, i was impressed and without even thinking swiped 30000 rs by credit card and 5000 by debit card for which i was told credit card amount will be converted to emi, but i got statement for entire amount. I have explained them that i cannot afford and do not want to continue with their service. Till date i have not availed any of their services. The next day on 9th november i called mayur and there was some lady who spoke very arrogantly and gave me manoj's number. I have been taking a follow up everyday since 9th november and i have got no resolution. They have informed me that you have signed on stamp paper, but this shows clear intentions of fraud and cheating. I want my money back.

I have enrolled to the likizo services pvt ltd package of rs.62500/- the package is signed over bond paper of rs.100. I have been promised to have multiple services as written in bond but i dint get anything apart from one month fitato pass for gym.
Their customer care is even worst they dint event reply the mail's over 2 weeks or they think they don't need to. But i am writing this compalint due to regular harassment that i have faced i have requested to book a two night stay at lucknow and they straight forward rejected due to unavailability of membership card and it's been more than 3 months niether i get any card nor any call from their end. They are simply fooling people by trapping them with lucky draw gift hamper and thry literally force you to take membership. I just want my refund back as i am the most unhappier person having services of likizo and request them to refund my deposited sum to me at earliest else i would have no other option left than sending them a legal notice.

They called me that i won lucky draw in exhibition held by near to khandeshwar station. Likizo belapur consistently called me for 2 mths to come and collect gift. So on 27th may 2018 to likizo services office at times sqare belapur i went there. They told that we have to pay 1lac 20 thousand by emi 3333rs/ mth over a period of 3 yrs. But they took all money at a time. This we come to know by our bank.
When asked they told us to convert it into emi. Procedure fees they will refund later on. We convert it into emi as we already lost 1.20 lac. But that process fees 22000rs still not refunded.
Now they are not responding to our email and calls.
Even at the time of aggreement their executive mr kedar told that they will give 1000rs voucher per mth for grossary and 1000rs voucher per mth for petrol for 5yrs. 1 dinner every month. Events and much more. But till today no single voucher we got.
So they cheated us. We want our money back. Please help it out.
Our common man's hard core earned money is not for such cheater company and their executives.

Even told that 5 yr membership will be valid for 30 yrs but sent membership card with 5yr validity.
Now they are not responding to our call. Not giving prossessing amount.
I want my all money back. Our hard core earned money which is not to spend on company and there members like this who cheating common people's like us.

From last two weeks i am trying to call the company and has also sent e-mails to book holidays for which i already have membership. The company is not replying neither anyone is picking up the phone.

Also, in the contract its written that they will provide international as well as domestic holiday, but they refused to provide international holiday earlier this year.

I have taken membership of this company in jun 18.
I am writing mails again n again to refund my interest emi money and pickup and drop money which they are continously refusing. Atleast 10 times i have written mails asking for same, which i have not got till today.
Even for booking hotels, i am facing so much problems wherein my hotel has not been booked even today after providing them information 2 months before.

I also want my money back from this fraud likizo company like other affected people... Likizo company did fraud withme n took 65000 from me... I want to explain that many times i called n sent mail to company head mr. Anup pande. From mumbai branch. But no any reply from them n always cutted my call by them... N d people from pune, baner branch also behaving same, in baner branch mr. Manoj pilley is head... Whenever i m asking for my money back he is always ues to tell lai... Missguide me... All people working in likizo are big cheaters... So please see in d matter... I want no any other people affected by them...

We have been told by your sales person as following
You can enjoy your trip without any payment.

This is very serious matter. Without any information the money has been debited from our account.

Even after this they are saying that money is non refundable. And as per my knowledge there is no any term refundable as per gov circular.

Need your help to get my money back asap.

I have paid 3000 by debit card and 40000 by credit card
They said bank will call me for payment confirmation then after 45days my emi will start but i did not receive. Any call for that i have to make payment of 40000 in next month
They did not provide any services nt either my membership no or id

Hi, my name is ‘yogesh hule’. I got into a membership with ‘likizo services private limited’ on 20th oct. 2018 (Refer agreement copy).
It all started when archana hule (Wife) & i were given a contest coupon at reliance fresh mall, belapur - navi mumbai and then were invited (Likizo) to their belapur office address for a free voucher worth ₹40, 000, other gifts like dinner set, spa voucher etc..

On reaching there, we were made to sit in a room with round tables and loud music along with a sales lady ‘shraddha jadhav’ (Sr. Manager, likizo) who claimed us for 5-star hotels stay with so many other offerings like 60 complementary dinners (1 per month, total 60 in 5 years), banquet hall 2/3 times in a year, gym membership for 5 years, yoga membership for 5 years, summer camp passes, special event passes etc.
During presentation, they used a book with 5 star properties like hotel taj, oberai, hilton, fariyas etc, making us attract to enroll into a membership with them with total cost of ₹1, 15, 000 (₹80, 000-membership fees and ₹35, 000 maintenance charge). Since my paying capacity was only ₹40, 000 that time, i paid all i had (₹40, 000) using my icici bank debit card (Refer payment notification attachment) and remaining money they told me to pay in emi with 0% interest.
Now, when i gave them a service request through customer services mail on date 18 nov.2018 to book hotel fariyas-lonawala for date 16 & 17 dec.2018 (Refer mail communication attachment) for stay, they suggested other properties which are available at 1, 500 to 2, 000 inr (Source data: trivago, trip advisor). Then i called them and told them that property which i have suggested (Fariyas-lonawala) is available on requested date and also shown by your sales person during presentation then why you are not booking it. Then they told that they will suggest the properties and we have to choose from them only.
Then in another mail communication i asked to book hotel taj-mumbai in upcoming 1/2 month. They initially hesitated and upon reminding them that they have shown this hotel during their presentation and based on that only i have signed the agreement, then they told they need minimum 90 days to do booking of such hotels and booking may get cancelled if walking customers demand is high at that period. As per agreement copy they need 30 days – 45 days for booking and now they are asking 90 days and that too with no confirm booking status.
After doing research on them, it is found that this is a fraud company and all commitments are fake and they have cheated many such innocent people. Number of complaint filed against them in nri police station-belapur, baner police station-pune etc. It’s a shame that these people show so much amazing things that make a customer pay blindly and then they cheat like this.
Also, its a humble request to all reputed malls (Reliance fresh, seawoods grand central mall) that, do not have tie ups with such companies (Likizo services private limited) to do business and make people lose their hard earned money in 1 hour presentation.
I appeal through ‘consumer complaint forum’ to take strict action on them (Likizo services private limited) so that they will not deceive innocent people anymore.
I have attached required proofs for reference and hoping to get a refund of ₹40, 000 as soon as possible!!
