Likizo Services — fraud/refund my money back

I have availed a service from likizo by getting too much promising by them but till date i have not
Get the service as per their promise. Since last 3 months i have not received emi interest and also
I have sent an email for hotel booking in the last month but still, not received reply by them on confirmation.
I have given rs. 95, 00, 000/- to them for 5 year service but really fed up. All the people are abusing during conversation and making false promise every time.
Please help me to get refund the money.
