Likizo Services — my money is not refunded and now I cannot connect to customer care

I recieved a call from them for gifts, they sold me membership for 1.25 lakhs. No benefits provided. Also, they said zero cost emi, which is not done till date for 1.5 years now. I am continuously asking for cancellation of membership, no refund provided till date. I have email proofs, my credit card was charged for all 1.25 lakhs and they never converted to emi too.

I visited their belapur office for cancellation, they assured cancellation however never did.
They didn't provide me refund too. They just gave me 10000 rupees as interest settlement against my total interest if 38000. I am really into huge trouble. Their customer care is not reachable now, no email response etc. Please help.
