Limeroad — almost 3 months have passed and i am not getting refund of dress returned price of rs 1690 | |||
I had placed an order with limeroad which was a complete suit with dupatta. It also contained a bedsheet set free. I returned the dress on 8 th march as i didnt like the quality of the dress. When i had recieved the dress i did not even get the bedsheet set whivh supposed to be free. The refund was first transfered as lr credit but on my request it was supposed to be transferred to state bank savings account. But till today there is refund. But limeroad is reflecting that the refund is successful. Kindly help this is nothing but fraud. I have atfached the screen shot of refund status sucvessul and failure both as being shown in limeroad app. Was this information helpful? | |||

On my complaint I had recieved a call yesterday i.e on 2nd june.I think he was a customer care executive.He did appologize for the inconvinience caused to me and said my matter will be resolved at the earliest and apart from my refund amount they will give me a compensation as well.he said that they can refund only through unified payment interface.he told me the process how i can get my refund through my google pay.he was very fast while narrating me the steps.he had given me a voucher number and their UPI id.but when am typing that id it shows its an invalid id.If this google pay doesnt work why dont they directly transfer to my bank account just as other online shopping sites do.please help.
