[Resolved] Limeroad — complaint against refund | |||
I purchased 1 product from lr, due to poor quality i have return the product on next day.. They have returned my amount as lr credits but i have not selected this option.. When i already raised an complaint against it and spoketo customer care they told me i will get my refund amount back within 7 working days.. Now its almost over an month i have not received my amount.. I never face this kind of issue with other online apps.. Please retun my amount back.. Verified Support Feb 02, 2018 LimeRoad Customer Care's response Hi Puja, please be informed that the refund of Rs.527 has already been initiated on the 6th Jan'18. We suggest you please check with your bank once.

Dear sir/madam Please cancel these two order No.[protected] and 24814941. It is unnecessary created. You have no option for order cancellation in your app. Please create an option for oreder cancellation. Then it will be easy for custemer.. and you contact number is always out of reach.
