Limeroad — for not transferring refund

Limeroad is not sending my money of ₹1273. I call limeroad many times and they are telling that they initiated my balance in 19 january, 2019 but still i have not received my balance in my account.
I placed an order on 04/01/2019 value of ₹2007 in which two shirts are available. I return my 1st shirt which is ₹734 in value and i received that amount but 2nd shirt was return by me on 17/1/2019 but i have not received my money of 2nd shirt which is₹1273 in value. I called him many time but they didn't resolved my problem please help me. My limeroad email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I did got the product which i have ordered and not able to return it .the way u have mentioned. Quality of the product it too low. i have ordered cotton fabric and got polyster .is this way of marketin
