Limeroad — No refund even after 2 months | |
Limeroad is a cheater of a company. It has been 2 months since my pickup for returned goods has happened and my refund has not been issued yet. I have been trying to call them for the past 1 month but their is a so called technical problem going on. I have mailed them around 30 times to call me back but no call has been received by me yet. And today out of the blue they told me that my returned products have not passed quality check. I haven't even tried the products. They didn't tell me which product out of 4 has not passed qc. Limeroad is simply cheating the customers and i will escalate the same to consumer complaint forum. Limeroad is cheating customers in pandemic as they are not issuing refunds. Their so called helpline number is also not working which shows they are a bankrupt company and therefore are not issuing refunds in the name of quality check. Hi! No, they are simply cheating the customers. They have disabled all their numbers as well
