Dear Limeroad, This is to bring to your kind attention that I have recently purchased Chhabra 555 flared silk gown from your store. I have already made the payment in advance but returned the item as it was not looking good on me. I returned to the courier person the very next day. But, from last 37 days it's showing the same status in my account QC pending. I would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund of the same. I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as it is more than 37 days that I have not received my payment back. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest. There has been no communication from your side for refunding the amount. I want to insist on the refund of the advance amount paid by me while placing the order. The net amount as paid by CC is INR 3574 towards Silk blend flared gown from Chhabra 555 order no. Please know that once the product gets picked up and reaches the warehouse, it goes through a quality check. The quality check of the product has failed due to which the refund of INR 3574 could not be initiated - Team LimeRoad.
