Ever since limras took over raajnet my connection mvm2908 has been down for at least 10 days every month. Any number of complaints to their customer service is waste of time and money. I have been using various internet connections depending on my requirements for the past more than 15 years; but this has been my worst experience. The persons handling the customer service are the most callous and irresponsible i ever dealt with. These people don't respond to complaints but send reminders for renewal three times a day, a week before the expiry. At this rate the company will not be able to survive for long. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, i would like to explain few things about your downtime. After undertaking RaajNet, we have faced lot of issue with Old infra, so we have migrated to New Infra.
If you are good in Technical Knowledge, you might know, how long/duration will take to change/Replace the entire Network. Our presence are available all over India for the Last 5 years.
10 days of downtime, we have officially announced for Migration or replacing Old Infra (Fibre, Routers, Switches and Software Patch etc).
I see your last renewal is Nov 1, 2017 12:01:52 AM and last Logoff Date is Nov 20, 2017 8:33:21 AM . As of now your are status shows Online.
