    I have already submitted my complaint through app which is three weeks back. There was no response. I have lot of network fluctuations. I'm not able to perform my daily activity with this speed. I'm recharging 1179 rs per month which I feel its not worth. Very bad service.

      My limras broadband connection was down since 11 hours of[protected]. customer service center is helpless. whenever i contact them[protected] they say 'will inform technician' or 'will be right today evening'. they are repeating the same for the three days. but till now the broadband is not up. very very poor service. on a previous occasion this month the broadband was down for nearly 7 rpt 7 days. for god's sake do go for limras broadband. you will be in soup...

        From 1300 hours of 18th june my limras broadband became very slow (Less than 0.5 mbps and from 19th morning the broadband was completely cut. When ever i contact the customer service centre ([protected]) they say 'informing technician'). I contacted ten times. Each time they ask my user id and report 'informing technician). Once they booked complaint and i got sms also. Even after that whenever i contact them they say'booking complaint, informing technican'. Very very poor customer service and irritating customer service.

        Planing to go for other providers like act, hathway or airtel....

          Ever since limras took over raajnet my connection mvm2908 has been down for at least 10 days every month. Any number of complaints to their customer service is waste of time and money. I have been using various internet connections depending on my requirements for the past more than 15 years; but this has been my worst experience. The persons handling the customer service are the most callous and irresponsible i ever dealt with. These people don't respond to complaints but send reminders for renewal three times a day, a week before the expiry. At this rate the company will not be able to survive for long.

          Sorry for the inconvenience caused, i would like to explain few things about your downtime. After undertaking RaajNet, we have faced lot of issue with Old infra, so we have migrated to New Infra.

          If you are good in Technical Knowledge, you might know, how long/duration will take to change/Replace the entire Network. Our presence are available all over India for the Last 5 years.

          10 days of downtime, we have officially announced for Migration or replacing Old Infra (Fibre, Routers, Switches and Software Patch etc).

          I see your last renewal is Nov 1, 2017 12:01:52 AM and last Logoff Date is Nov 20, 2017 8:33:21 AM . As of now your are status shows Online.

          there is no way to do fake speedtest with Ookla. if you still feel the Ookla speedtest is fake, kindly report to Ookla.

          we have hosted our Name with Ookla with the same process what airtel, railwre, tata doing.

            Hope you all know limras eronet broadband had taken over raajnett (The biggest fraud company from south india).

            Fortunately / unfortunately the new company limras eroent bradband is also an another cheating company. I have not receiving connectivity since august 24th 2017 to till date (3rd nov 2017). They have a puppet customer support team who used to say stories always of what their management wrote and gave it to them to read it to their customers on all days.

            Thank you for being a consumer in this country where all these cheaters plays a big role in cheating the public / consumers where in these cheaters enjoy with our money on monthly even our government will support only them and not the consumers. Jai hind.

            We indians have to welcome these cheaters (Only cheating companies like these) to get always cheated.

            Limras Eronet Broadband - cheating service provider

            Because they offer a plan on their website and charges an amount.

            - my current plan (525GB - 35 Mbps for Rs:707) before a month and now it has got to 25Mbps in BMS app.
            - I am paying Rs: 1060 for the plan above.
            - In website (1200GB - 150 Mbps for Rs:999)

            I tried asking the local operator but they said it was for GST.
            I even tried contacting the limras customer care[protected] but no one answered.
            I even asked for online payment with the local operator they say it is not available very clearly
            This is not just for me but even for my neighbors.

              HI,

              I am from Thangapapuram, Guduvanchery, Chennai 603202. Using limras eronet broadband for more than 2 yrs and recently after cyclone there is very poor response. Internet stopped working on Dec 12th 2016. From that time we are trying to contact support representative on his mobile and he simply kept his mobile switched off . He is switching it on once in a while to escape from other calls. Took this matter to Main office chennai through helpline number[protected] and their response is worst i have ever seen. They gave same guy number and said he is only responsible for my area so they can't do anything. I need compensation for the days i suffered without service because we are paying in prepaid mode for connection. No idea when this will be rectified. Need to take this with court.
