I am from Thangapapuram, Guduvanchery, Chennai 603202. Using limras eronet broadband for more than 2 yrs and recently after cyclone there is very poor response. Internet stopped working on Dec 12th 2016. From that time we are trying to contact support representative on his mobile and he simply kept his mobile switched off . He is switching it on once in a while to escape from other calls. Took this matter to Main office chennai through helpline number[protected] and their response is worst i have ever seen. They gave same guy number and said he is only responsible for my area so they can't do anything. I need compensation for the days i suffered without service because we are paying in prepaid mode for connection. No idea when this will be rectified. Need to take this with court.
