Sir pl ref registered letter no rt[protected]in dated[protected]. I am holding 300 nos shares of claris life science. My client id 66574 india bulls sent papers for selling vide my registered letter mentioned above, but you neither acknowledge or replied to my letter. Only few days left for redeem money. Please guide me in this regard, so that i can deapose before 15th march2019.

Link in time received my details on 31/10/18 through speed post em[protected]. Receipt was also sent to their mail id having reference no re214585, 216220 and 219901. No action taken so far in spite of several mails and speaking to their customer care. Every time i am getting standard reply that their persons are busy and they have not received the post till now. This is even after producing the receipt of receiving at their mumbai office, i am getting mail stating that they have not received the post. It is very difficult to contact their customer care is it is engaged most of the times and no response. It seems there is some serious issue in their system as their response is very poor and dead slow.

I have physical shares of il&fs investment managers (Folio 0023519) allotted to me several years ago. My signature has changed over this period and i have also changed residence multiple times. Link intime appears to have undue pleasure in sending my documents back on one pretext or the other. I am retired senior citizen who has changed residences multiple times during my career. It is rather strange that i am being asked to provide proof of residence for my old address and also my old signature for updating records. I am fed up with this unhelpful attitude.

Ahmedabad branch the landline no.[protected] is always busy and there is no alternative no. To contact. All contact number available on just dial are not been picked up by them.

As per the requirement of link intime reconfirmed by their call centre, i submitted documents for name deletion of my late mother on the share certificate with who i am a joint holder. After constant emails they took 2 months to reject the application asking for new requirements.
I submitted death certificate attested by gazetted officer, they now ask for notarisation.
I submitted senior citizen card as proof of identity and address now they ask for electricity bill
I am an nri and cannot travel to india to submit hard copies, but they refuse to answer whether scanned copies can be emailed
Please help because there is a sebi deadline to demat the shares and i will lose the shares if this registrar delays any further
All i am asking for is the deletion of my late mother and new share certificates to be sent for which i had sent all the documents below
1. Request letter for name deletion, signed by the surviving joint holder stating the address where the share certificate needs to be dispatched - sent
2. Original share certificates – still with linkintime as per their email
3. Deceased shareholder death certificate copy attested by gazetted officer - sent
4. Banker verification form duly attested by the bank manager – sent
5. Affidavit as required - sent
6. Original cancelled cheque leaf. - sent
7. Self-attested copy of the pan card of surviving shareholders. - sent
8. Self-attested copy of passport – sent
9. Self attested copy o[censored]tilities bill with nri address - sent
10. No objection letter for receiving the share certificate to their address by your relative along with copy of proof of identity and address - sent

I usha m shah holder of aegis logistic limited had requested for change in name. I have submitted all the required documents and received a company stamped acknowledgement. However the company has sent a letter asking for the same documents that i had submitted earlier. I fail to understand how the company like link intime lack efficiency in handling thier clients. Requesting for required action for the same at earliest. I am 68 years old and cannot travel to vikhroli everytime from santacruz. Please do not harrasss senior citizens like this.

I, nitin wavhal shareholder of graphite india ltd have applied for the duplicate share certificate and completed the documentation almost 2 months back. I am traking this procedure with link intime from may 2018 as the donn't response on time and blame us for not providing all the documents.

I have all the mail proofs from may 2018 and responses recieved from link intime ltd. I am feed up from about the responses recieved from them, i have already submitted the original documents to them and now they asking me repeat the process.

I have physical shares of il&fs investment managers allotted to me several years ago. My signature has changed over this period and i have also changed residence multiple times. The clerk handling my case appears to have undue pleasure in sending my documents back on one pretext or the other. I am retired senior citizen and fed up with this unhelpful attitude - i want to approach the consumer court to resolve this issue.

I want to transfer some shares of arvind ltd. To my mother's name. I already courier all the necessary documents. But no one gave me any guidance regarding procedure. I tried to contact them many times but on one received call or some time thay take a call and didn't give answers. I am at rajkot and i can not go ahmedabad as much time to track procedure.
Help me....

I am e vaidyanatha iyer, holding ambuja cements share certificate (3750 shares) in physical form. I want to demat it. The jt. Holder ie my wife"s name is to be corrected as in the aadhaar. What is the procedure to be followed by me? Shall i send the ertificate witha covering letter with details & a copy of aadhaar for name proof?

We are trying to reach service executive from many days however the record says they are busy kindly call after wards

Our dividends are not paid to us since many years we have provided all supporting documents however each time it's being postponed for new reason.
Our shares are not dmat we have given all supporting documents even then there is trouble given to us.

May i know is there any specific reason for harrasing

I bought 75 iifl non convertible debentures (Ncd) in sep 2012 for rs. 75, 000. This was on monthly interest basis. Since my bank account was not linked properly, the interest never got deposited to my account. When the ncd matured in sep 2018, i only got refund of rs. 75, 419 back and additional interest of rs. 812. This is either the interest alone or the principal alone, but not both. I should have got additional approx rs. 75, 000 as well. I am communicating with their customer services for past several months, with no proper response at all. They keep giving same standard replies and they either do not understand the issue or are not showing no interest in actually refunding the due amount.

I send share certificate of rbl bank along with share transfer stamp of rs.1760.00.in april 2018.in first phase company told us that your share transfer fee is less than required, and also they told us share transfer stamps should not be affixed on transfer deed. Then we fulfill the quire. Then after in 20 june 2018 they send letter mentioned that i will received my share certificate within 7-8 days. But till date i not received the same, and now they said i have to again apply for the duplicate share certificate along with new share ticket. From june 2018 i mailed the company many times for the share certificate, but no conclusion done from the company side.

I have requested to linkintime to demate my old physical share certificate, subsequently a objection letter against the request has issue, said specimen signatures are not available in the company. Upto that all ok.

But when i see further the formalities that they have asked to submit to verify my signature are

1. Affidavit
2. Unsigned cancelled cheque
3. Bank detail to be signed and attached by bank officer
4. Pan card
5. Aadhaar card
6. Passport
7. Utility bills like...

So in case you already asked for aadhaar card and authorised bank details (which are quite enough instead of asking passport, pan card, cheque, utility bill, affidavit),

which rule or logic you applied to asking such excess other formalities. It seems you just want to harass the share holder. You made senseless of Adhaar existence.

Kindly mention rule / regulation reference which made you to ask.

I am having my demat account no. 23841195 with dpid in301151 with hdfc securities ltd. I had applied right issue shares and a sum of rs. 15300 was debited to my account no. [protected]with hdfc bank new delhi on 15.3.2018.

I have not received the allotted shares in my account nor the refund till date. However shares in respect of partia;lly paid has been credited in the account.

Please look into and do the needful immediately

I Pawan Kumar Agarwal had applied for 75 nos of fully paid equity shares of tata steel against CAF no : 1188059. There has been no allotment of shares against my application and neither the money has been refunded in my account. I raised a complaint with the link intime ( Compalint Ref No IE169917)on 29.03.18 wherein they said that they have referred my details to collection banker (HDFC)as they have not received any reporting against this application. On April 3, the banker replied that they have received the application sl no 66 after which link intime replied that We acknowledge the receipt of your documents and same has been taken for further processing. Please note that your physical share certificate will be dispatched to you soon. Request you to bear with us until then. However till date i have not received the shares. Whenever I call customer care, they say it is under process. 1 month has lapsed but till date I have not received physical shares.

I, mrs. Trupti ashwin ved applied for 20 (Twenty) right issue shares renounced by mr. Dilipsingh m. Gokalgandhi. My demat account details are kotak mahindra bank, dp id:in[protected] & bank a/c detais are kotak mahindra bank a/c no.[protected], sion branch. From this a/c debited rs.10, 200/- (Rupees ten thousand two hundred only) but shares not credited in my demat account. This twenty (20) shares has been credited to mr. Dilipsingh m. Gokalgandhi demat account (In[protected]).
Please rectify by the mistake occured on your part & credit the shares to my demat account. My form no. Caf#1484219/serial #231685.
