We have generated so many query's from past 2 to 3 month but there for the same as we call on help line number all your tele executive (Kartik and prtiksha, poonam and many more ) denied to revert on call as they says we will mail you in 2 to 3 working days as we cant reply on call or else some of them are we will call you tomorrow or in some times which has not been received yet . all my complaints are about share certificates...

I had applied for 14 Shares(Rs.14462)of Map my India Ipo On 10/12/2021 via UPI mandate on Gpay .I was alloted 14 shares but the payment was failed on mandate on 16/12/2021.In this case usually the money gets unblocked and gets debited from the bank account few days later .But linkintime did not unblock my money and Debited From my main balance on 17/12/2021 instead of debiting the blocked amount.The mandate date Has ended but My money is still blocked and Shown in lien amount.Please unblock my money.

Pathetic service by link InTime. Always ipo Allotment are shown after the due date. The server always down. There are others link KFinTech which gives ipo Allotment status on time.

Dear Sir,
I had a word with Mr.Umesh Sharma on 25th October 2021 who responded over the phone that the transmission form will be mailed physically to me.

This is after I had told him that I've couriered Link Intime India Pvt Ltd, Pune 3 months ago all the documents asked for to enable the process of transmission of shares for unit Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. The documents were confirmed to be received by a lady who refused to divulge her name while being rude and impolite and also by Mr.Umesh Sharma who spoke nicely, both representing Link Intime over the phone at Pune branch.

The shares are of my deceased mother Sushilabai Rameshwar Jhawar in whose name the shares are currently in and folio no.is 00S02207 Documents sent and confirmed to be received were my Jyoti Somani pan card photocopy, aadhar card photocopy, and the death certificate of my mother Sushilabai Rameshwar Jhawar.
There has been no proper response from your side for the same despite regular follow-ups from my side with most times the phone being left unanswered and hence I humbly once again put up the same request to send me or email me transmission form to finish the procedure to enable the work to reach its logical conclusion.

I request you to please not harass me over this.Please do the needful.

I am unable to demat some of the physical shares due to 'variation in signature'. This has become a stumbling block in getting shares demated. I need clarification on the following:

1. What is the level of official who authorises signatures authentication.

2. Are such officials trained in detecting fraudulent signature? A forensic study for instance.

3. Do they use scientific tools to arrive at approving or disapproving signature.

4. A signature done at the age of 20, 40, 60 and 80 years is bound to be different. But there are certain underlying attributes which can never change unless extreme medical issues occur. How is this tackled by your company.

5. Who pays for the umpteen courier charges when your firm returns documents?

Secondly, why should the onus of typographical error at data entry stage 30 years ago fall on the share holder? Your company is bound to go through the old records and correct it when your attention is drawn. Instead, why should the investor make a gazatte publication and submit a copy duly notarised. Why should investor spend money on getting documents corrected in the case of 'Penny stock'?

I request you to give proper explanation to my queries and also tell me the appropriate authorities for escalation, if I am unsatisfied.

The details of my share certificate will be informed upon satisfactory response.

I tried reaching Link Intime Coimbatore office from Nov 30, 2021 & Dec 01, 2021 and the phone was ringing no one was picking up. I called up their Mumbai office informed the same, they said someone will call me.

Today Dec 02, 2021, again I called their Coimbatore office a lady picked up. I asked her patiently is your phone out of order, I tried reaching you from day before yesterday. She started yelling stating, phone is working, what do you want. I said I called you at yesterday at this time too. She said, I cannot be always in seat. She asked me what do you want, I asked her to transfer to Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Investor services. She asked me what do you want, I told its regarding share transfer and regarding will.

Finally, she transferred to TMB Investor services, this lady asked me what do you want, I told her its regarding share transfer I need clarification. She said give me Folio Number, I said I will share can I state the problem. She started yelling at me. I got tired, I disconnected the call.

I am wondering how associates can have such a rough attitude to investors.

Dear sir,
i have applied for ipo of policy bazar for 3 lots for which 1 lot was alloted and amount of 1 lot was withdrawn. As on today the other 2 lots amount is being kept on hold, why. The mandate of revoking the hold amount was on 22.11.21 but as on today it has not been returned.

Hence i request you to kindly revoke the holded amount in the bank at the earliest.
I have several times called on[protected] and 49186200 but no one is receiving my call so i am mailing .

I have applied for 4 lots RS 14160 * 4 = RS 56640 through SBI-BHIM UPI Mandate. Only 1 lot is allotted to me for RS 14160. But money for all 4 lots, RS 56640 deducted from my account. I got a mail with Allotment Intimation No 3688292 that unallotted remaining amount of RS 42480 will be credited to my account on 16/11/2021. Still now the amount is not refunded.

Please refund RS 42480 to my account.

Never releases IPO Allotment status on time. If allotment procedure is computerized then how come status is always delayed? I have never got an IPO from past 1year even after applying from different dmat account if registrar is Linkintime, and few people i know never gets the IPO too.
With the amount of negative ratings and poor customer service how is this company still in business and why company choose them as their registrar.br...

After Sending the docs I did not get any response . After calling multiple times I found that your sent one more letter which I never recieved.
I asked where are my original docs I sent, no one is reposding on that on calls(They cut the calls or put them on hold.)

I've applied for Paras Defense and Space Technology IPO from my broker Zerodha.

My UPI Mandate was failed but amount got blocked in my account.

When I checked my status using PAN on link intime it has my record and says no shares alloted, but the mandate end date was 8th october, and my money is still blocked.

Please release the money as soon as possible.
