Always get a delivery failure message when we email them. The emails are however received by them. This we know because we received partial revert in physical post. They have however not bothered to revert on the other half of the email and there is no acknowledgement of the receipt the email either.
Also this is a Share Registering & Transferring Agent, who has only 3 hunting telephone lines and 2 customer service executives!!!
How on earth do they expect to serve the customers?!?!?!?
Do they really intend to be of any service. I think they are only interested to earn their fees.
Since 30 years we are trying to get the name rectified on the share certificates. Yes 30 long years. My father died trying to get this done but it is still pending even after 6 years of his death. Al his life he has never been able to encash any dividend cheques because they were all in wrong name. This investment never helped him and now we are trying to get it sorted for our mother, but Emails are bouncing back and phone lines constantly busy.
