Dear Sir,

I have been repeatedly following up with Lin in Time Mumbai on email since 1st June and from 1st July onwards, Link in time is replying that response is ready and we will send the Hard copies to your address but no hard copies are being sent till 19th July. If I try Customer Service number then I have to wait for 15 minutes for my turn but when the turn comes the phone is disconnected.
What kind of Service is this.
