Complaint marked as Resolved have made myositis test from metropolis path lab code n - f0177 35/5 sadar bazar muzaffar nagar up for rs 8500/ vid 54173250223 but they are not giving me bill. For adking bill they wrote on metropolis letter head total amount of test is rs 8500/ i m offcer in sbi for med remursement proper bill is required. For asking bill the hv misbehaved me please help me to provide proper bill from yr above saidmetropolis path lab muzaffar nagar
