Lister Metropolis — Non receipt of test results even after a week

I am Gajapathy, patient referred by DAE hospital, Kalpakkam, TN. My self and my wife had given our blood samples for T3, T4, TSH (for myself) and sugar including lipid profiles (for both o[censored]s) on 7-1-22, at Perungalathur lister lab -600063. Even after a week, we could not receive the test results. When I enquired at Customercare centers at Numbakkam and west Tambaram, they could not trace neither our sample nor our referral letters. I regret to inform you why such a great network of Lister Metropolis could neither able to track patient’s record of test samples nor deliver test results even after a week.
