I am from Chennai and did Serum tests (3 tests) on Monday morning. The same day, I got the report for 2 tests. When I contacted for the 3rd test report, they said it has to come from Mumbai (don't know why?) and so far even after 3rd day, I have not got it nor they said clearly when I will get it.
I am waiting for emergency treatment and this is completely unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service and the way they communicate. No transparency. Was this information helpful? |
