LittleApp — cashback not credited

I applied cashback on two deals, one dominos and one wax studio. I was supposed to receive 250 cashback on both these deals but no cash back coupon has been credited as on a date.
Kindly give my cashback. I have raised a request on the app so many times. Its a horrible experience. There is absolutely mo update from the app. How are they even allowed to function without customer care.
