I have bought a deal in little app in august in folk and fancy saloon, noticed that the outlet is closed permanently. I have raised multiple queries in the app. not getting any response suddenly today i have seen a message that i have redeemed the coupon.

please do the needful and refund my money.

Also got some coupon code but same with the second coupon also the outlet is not picking up the calls. so i raised for refund.
