I bought a coupon for 1199 sold by little app for using it at the outlet "out of the box" at khan market, new delhi. The merchant refused to honour it saying that they have discontinued with little app. This happened on 19/03/2019. Despite complaining three times in the lille app, no refund has been made. I consider this as a fraud and cheating. The money should have refunded immediately once the complaint was raised.

I bought 500 Rs Dominos Voucher from Little App and today when I'm trying to redeem the voucher it says Voucher already redeemed, I did not enter PIN also, how can it get redeemed?

I think Little App is looting customers and make fool of them.

If they cannot make it work, they should stop selling vouchers.

01-Apr-2019 is the last date to redeem the voucher. There is no way we can contact Little App.

Sir mene 4pax k liye restaurant ke coupon kharede the m kuchh argent kam ki wjh se ja nai paya mene refund k liye dala but still not refunded since 6days inke diye gye mail id p mene mail kiya but no response or jo inone number de rkha h wo kabhi milta hi nai h thats showing wrong number ab ky kru sir m for refund.
Poora fraud h ye company.

Only way of payment is paytm. Paytm is able to contact the little app guys, but not doing for customer.. Both partners in frauding customer money

I have puchased a big bazar voucher from little app on 15.10.2018 worth rs 500/-. The voucher was purchased to be redeemed at "ib 177 and 178, salt lake city fd 419, fourth avenue, fd block, sector-1, kolkata - 700106".

I went to big bazar salt lake (Kolkata) on 13.1.19 (Sunday) around 1:30pm to redeem the voucher, but couldnot redeem. I again went on 28.2.19 (Thursday) and again tried to redeem the voucher and is informed by the cashier that the voucher is already redeemed. The picture of the computer screen of the cashier was clicked on 28.2.19 which says that the voucher is already redeemed. He asked me to go to big bazar seva centre located at the ground floor of the outlet. On reaching there, an executive checked the system with my coupon id and told me that the voucher is redeemed at a outlet in jaipur and little app have provided me a redeemed voucher in my app. They have given me a proof that the voucher is redeemed in jaipur.
I am born and brought up in kolkata. I have never been to jaipur nor have any person residing in jaipur. How a voucher purchased in kolkata gets redeemed at jaipur?
There might be some fault from your end.

So, i request you to kindly check and provide me a fresh unused voucher which i can redeem at big bazar salt lake (Kolkata).

I have been using little app for a long time and this is the first time i have faced an issue that too a major issue.

So, i request it to resolve it urgently.

Egv details received from bigbazar outlet salt lake kolkata as a proof that the voucher is redeemed in jaipur is avilable with me.

Again yesterday i. E. 15.3.19 i went to big bazar salt lake with two other vouchers which i had of rs 500/- each purchased from little app and again the same issue witnessed that bot the vouchers have been redeemed in indore. Please take care of it and provide me either 3 fresh vouchers which i can redeem or rs 1, 500/- back to my paytm wallet.

Hoping to get urgent and possitive reply from your end and holding trust on the little app.

i had purchased big bazar coupon from little app last year and validity of coupon is aug-2019.Yesterday on[protected] i went to big bazar and purchased some house hold iteams and at time of payment i scratch(open) the code and give it to billing clerak .When he entered it in his system he says that message comes that coupon was reddemed and balance in coupon is zero.How can this possible?

today when i talk to customer care of bigbazar they says not coupon not reddemed at any bigbazar store.Earlier same problem done for other user but no reply comes from your side.

On Saturday, I buy a deal on Tres Lounge, Mohali and paid the amount using Paytm Wallet but the order is not generated. It happened twice. When I check the Paytm Customer Care, they said money is transferred to Merchant Account successfully. Please check and refund the amount.
Please respond to the mail ASAP.
Customercare number is not responding the emailid is also wrong which is given on little app.

I purchased a big bazaar voucher worth in 1000 from littleapp.

I tried to use this voucher at big bazaar at kumar pacific mall in pune on 3rd feb 2019.
But voucher didn't redeem at that time.
Later i asked big bazaar customer care to give me voucher history then i came to know this voucher was deactivated..

Ii dropped multiple emails to littelapp ([protected]@nearbuy.com) but no response and call never picked up or didn't connect.

Resolution wanted: Where was my coupon used and what was the transaction number.
I had a big bazaar coupon which i got from little app.
When i went to big bazaar they said the coupon is already redeemed and asked me to get in touch with little.
I am trying to get in touch with little app but haven't got details about the where the coupon was used.

Reaching out to you regarding a transaction which I was trying to make on Little App.

I was buying the deal of amount Rs. 999 offered by 'Divine Beauty' salon in HSR Layout, Bangalore. I had made the payment of Rs 999 through my PayTM wallet and the amount got deducted but I did not receive order confirmation on your app.

I called PayTM to check the status of transaction and they confirmed that transaction was successful and money is deducted.

I also tried reaching out to you for enquiring about the status of order through help sectionin your app. I have not heard back from your team yet and there is no way I can track my complaints status on your app.

Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it.

I had clicked show coupon code on 14.2.19 at approx 8 pm when i was at big bazaar at the bill counter. When i gave the coupon code to the cashier he told that the voucher had already been redeemed though i had clicked show coupon code only a minute ago.
Ultimately, my coupon code is invalid so i would like to request you to please issue genuine coupon code or refund my money. I have tried reaching to you customer service numerous number of times but got no reply.

I have purchased a KFC coupon on little app of 749rs. It was clearly mentioned on there app that the coupon is valid for KFC outlet in mall of India, but when I went on the outlet they clearly denied me as they don't serve little app deals. Now I am feeling so much cheated as there is no customer care number of this app to register the complaint. I tried registering my problem through there portal but no response from them.kindly help me in the same. So that this kind of practice can be stopped in future with someone else

This is to hereby inform you that i had purchased 4 coupons from your app for pirates of grill, ludhiana. One coupon each for rs.578/- that had unlimited mocktails. And i was very surprised and shocked to see that i got 4 coupons and i was charged for 8 coupons. The total you deducted from my account is rs.2290+rs.2340= rs. 4630. And gave me the coupons of rs. 2290.
Moreover, i had lodged the complaints through your little app and all in vain and nothing serious was taken by you. You customer care numbers are also not valid.
For your knowledge,
I purchased that coupons on 31st jan, 2019 and paid you the full amount through my debit card. Pictures of my bank account and 4 coupons i recieved are attached for your knowledge and kind reference.

I have buy a big bazaar coupon of rs. 1000/- from little app but when i tried to use it on 05-02-19 big bazaar sales person told me that this coupon code is already redeemed in kanpur on dated: 02-02-19. So that we can't help you on this and you buy this from 3rd party so pls. Contact little app. I have already complain this more than 5 times but no response received.

I had purchased cheese crunch combo for kfc on little app for rs170. But the outlet on which the deal was applicable had been permanently closed. I had complained about it approx 10 times on little but got no response from them. And after the validity period it automatically got redeemed without even availing the deal. My money is got stuck and i cant do anything about it.

One week ago, i purchased a coupon for hair cut from headmaster salon, sector 8 Chandigarh. After pressing buy this deal the amount of RS 549 debited two times from my account but order was not generated. And this app was not showing
me any coupon and order which I was purchased. I was unable to redeem that deal. I contacted little app through e-mails but I didn't get any reply and refund of RS 1098 till now.
Please help me in getting my money back from this app.

I recently bought e-voucher for domino's outlet from little app. When i tried to use it at domino's website, there was no option to use it. When asked domino's customer care about it, they said they don't support e-vouchers anymore.
Little app is clearly selling fake e-vouchers to the customers and these vouchers are non cancelable.
I want my money back.

I purchased a salon deal for 899. Amount debited from my bank account. However i did not receive the voucher.
