I have booked restaurant paid Rs. 1990/- through little app. Amount paid through Paytm amount deducted from my account but order not generated in little app.refund not yet received from little app.

A booking was made through little app.it was then cancelled and it was displayed that the amount will be refunded in 3/4 working days as on 26th June. It's 10th July but I did not get the refund as promised by the company.

Litlle App donot refund money its over 14 days. Order cancellation nd refund requested on 28th June, 2019 for order 2 veg sun buffet + unlimited drinks at pirates of grill. Total refund amount is 1506.

Little app contact numbers are also fake.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

On sunday, i bought a deal on little app and paid amount using paytm wallet but the order is not generated. When i check the paytm customer care, they said money is transferred to merchant account successfully. Please check and refund the amount.
Please respond to the mail asap.
Customercare number is not responding the emailid is also wrong which is given on little app.

Please anyone help me in reaching out to little app.

I have purchased a big bazaar voucher of 1000rs from little app and when i try to used it is showing invalid and i try to contact them but no customers care nos big bazzar manager told me that the voucher is already used in uttar pradesh, i live in pune i was shocked how it's can happen my voucher was used by someone else

I have purchased a big bazaar voucher of 2000rs From little app and when I try to used it is showing invalid and I try to contact them but no customers care nos .after trying a lot I got nos of Wasim he is a manager of little app I talked with him about my matter then he told me that the voucher is already used in Indore by xyz .I live in Pune I was shocked how it's can happen my voucher was used by someone else . I talked with little app manager with him we r sorry we can't do anything . they r fraud.if my voucher is already used I should get any message about redemption that u voucher is redeem. Refund my money back.
I talked with big bazaar team there r saying that this is not first case little app provides same voucher to more then one person . this is not first complaints already 3to 4 complaint r there before.

We purchased 2 coupons last week on 30th may 2019 of. 858 and 1499 amount but post deduction of money didn't received any coupan.

Still i didn't get my refunded amount. There is no call or response received from your end despite of multiple queries raised.

I am planning to take legal action against your company if no action is taken.

Attaching the screenshot for deducted amount, else strict action will be taken..

Raising my complaint against little app, bought the deal from the app and because of busy schedule i had to cancel the deal would like to put across the below details
On 24th feb 2019 bought the deal of vlcc throught little app as per the company policy cancelled my order within the expiry date and raised request for refund, till now there is no action over this nor update and very unfortunate that such company is have a poor customer service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased two voucher for vr room worth total of 2160 on 25th May 2019 at 9 am from little app. When we reached vr room, we were told that they have not been accepting vouchers from little app for past 6 months. Even after their repeated request for not selling vr rooms vouchers on their app, Little app is selling vouchers for them. I raised a complaint on their platform but there was no response from them. Then after searching on internet I found out that this is a fraud company, and there are a lot of people whose money has not been refunded. They have a non existent customer support. They are stealing money from innocent consumers online for past 2 years. Please get my money refunded back to me and take necessary actions against the company.

I bought a deal on 12 may 2019 i cancelled that deal on 12 may 2019 i was told by the app only that the amount of 2245 will be added to my account in two working days. But the amount has not been credited back still. Please guide me what should i do next. As their contact number is not pick it up and nobody is picking their customer care number also please guide me how can i proceed and what should i do.

Many such grievances on their twitter account @littleapp_in no response. They are scamming many people. Please take necessary action.

I bought a dominos voucher worth rupees 500. But it is not getting reedeemed on app as the app has no provision for e voucher/gift card code. I am stuck with the voucher as the little app customer care are not replying in spite of repeated complaints. These people are just looting customers. I urgently want a refund as the voucher will expire on 30 th april.

I booked rock house sector 8 panchkula and 4 deals of veg dinner and paid 549*4= 2196 from little deals app. Due to private parties i couldn't avail the deal and applied for refund but i haven't got any refund and also no revert back from their team. I booked it in panchkula on 18 april and went there at 9 pm. Kindly get it refunded asap as it's been more than 48 hours exactly 4 days as per their policy it should have been refunded. I haven't got any revert back.

I placed an order on little app, i paid via paytm bhip upi. But my order was not confirmed. I had been begging them for a refund from past 3-4 days, no one is responding. I also contacted the customer support via their app and separately via email.. They are not responding. They are not even replying to the emails. It does not take 4 days to refund someone's money or atleast admit mistake and reply

I need a quick resolution. I want them to be punished for insensitive and irresponsible careless behaviour towards their customers
