I entered contract with livspace for designing my home in February 2020.as they were delaying my project by non visiting and providing 3D renders which are not acceptable for us, we cancelled the contract.Inspite of pusuing many times warning few times earlier also they were very careless in visiting the site and providing the designs as per the contract in time. They wasted almost 5 months .But livspace is denying our refund by simply blaming us for delay in getting the site ready for starting their work. The designer never visited the site and was giving some designs which were not suitable to the site. I complained many times t o the Livspace customer care to send her for the site visit atleast once, but even they didn't respond promptly nor send their team.So we thought it would be delaying evenmoe if we continue, so took a final call of cancelling the project. Now they are denying my refund and they that I would be credited in their stores 50% of advance payment which is Rs.75, 000 against my advance Rs.1, 50, 000 . I have now appointed anothr designer for redesigning my villa and they have already started their work and they took only 15days for every thing to start.
