In 19/92022 i bought a 7.5kg semi automatic washing machine. In first i found that the water inlet system was not working properly (water leaking outside).
So I contacted the customer service, after the technician visited next day and he said that there is a defective part (pipe) inside the machine and he said next day he will replace that, but he never showed up again. I contacted the customer service again and again 7 times in past 25 days (today is 16/10/2022), but technician didn't even call me.
My issue with Lloyd semi automatic washing machine is not yet resolved.
The customer service people only says the are escalating our issue but no use.
I definitely will not recommend this brand to my friends and neighbours due to its poor service experience. Was this information helpful? |
