I have purchased the lloyd ac in the month of march 2017 under the warranty of 5 years but suddenly in aug month 15th it was not cooling and we have filed a complaint against the product and technician came and said that there is some problem with gas and he charged around 2500 rs and afterwards on every 2-3 days it stops working and customer executive send the technician to fix the problem and around 10 times we filed the complaint and techibicakatiib fix this and said that this problem will not occur any more and when we have asked for the replacement or any effective measure they said no.
