Lloyd Ac — Inconsistent function of remote. | |||||
I purchased 2 ton split a. C. On 18 sep, 2016 and had been operated occasionally till date. On onset of summer season this year its remote did not function on 31 march, 2017 and a complaint was lodged. However, it started functioning before deputed technician called and he was informed accordingly. Second time again event repeated. Finally again 3rd complaint was made. Technicians visited and inspected the remote and took note of fact that there is no damaged signs and remote is dead. Now representative of lloyd informs that remote is not in comprehensive warranty of one year of a. C. Unit.
