I installed and refill gas in my lloyd 1.5 ton ac on 31st may through lloyd service engineers. I paid approx 7500 for this job however after couple of days the ac stopped cooling, i complaint it and called the service enginners many times however nothing happened.
After many followups a service enginner came and said that the person who fill the gas will see the complaint since there is no gas in ac.. I am shocked.. What is going on, in just 2 days gas gone.. How???
The person who came for refill is not picking up the phone lloyd customer care is just taking complaint taken for granted and nothing is happening. I already dropped few email at [protected]@lloydmail.com.
