Lloyd service is too poor. Lloyd does not give service within warranty period. They gives old faulty TV to consumers against replacement of new faulty TV whose value is Rs- 46, 000.00 in new. My one TV is faulty since 08 months and lloyd is not giving service. In Lloyd there is no any responsible person who will listen your problem seriously. Pl donot purchase Lloyd TV.

Model No :L39fn2, Sr No L201569n17h07403, Paid Rs. 29900/- Towards Tv. On 05/10/2021 I Have Given Complaint About Red Color Appearing Person Has Attended And Informed That There Is Some Problem With Panel. Once Panel Comes From Company Will Come And Restore The Tv. Till Today No One Has Come For Restoration Of Tv. I Have Been Repeatedly Following Up With Vendor, Unfortunately No Proper Solution Received. I Herewith Request For Taking Necessary Action For Restoration Of My Tv At The Earliest.

Hi,

We bought 15 places freestanding dishwasher in aug 2021. We followed all the instructions to use the dishwasher. After one and half months, a white layer is coming on the utensils. Four expert technicians visited and could not able to resolve the issue.

They said that they will replace the product. We asked what if we get same issue again. They are not giving guarantee on that. So we are requesting refund instead of replacement.

They are not agree to refund. I don't want this product at all as it is not properly working.

Purchased Llyod washing machine from Sonovision vizag in March 21 and the product stopped working in September. lodged a cokmplaint and we get a ticket number but no one responds and the ticket gets closed automatically after a few days. we get told to create another ticket and the story repeats.@MyLloydIndia can someone from Lloyd customer care bother to provide a status update on reference number [protected]?

I purchased a fully automatic top load washing machine on 18/3/2021. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Within 2 months it got not working so I made a service request 3 times and your service engineer only came once and said we will replace the part which will take 1 week. But it's now been more than two months since neither the service man came nor he is picking up the phone as well.

Even i took follow up with dealer then again same service person came with no equipment's to open the machine and see the problem . So he said we will come tomorrow with equipment or might be in next to next Monday.

I am not sure whats wrong with them. Initially they said some part needs to replace but later they said we have to investigate. Also they don't have issue escalation contact on there site or even customer care people also don't know how to raise complaints to there higher authorities.

Updated by VikrantMohite One more thing without giving OTP to service person the complaints get closed. No one knows Is service person working correctly or not?

The lot of falls information giving to customer by this service person and they try to avoid fixing of problems.

I have purchased a LLOYD LED MODEL-32HS301B from digital world hathras on dated 11.01.2021, in September it have a fault and screen was disappeared, so we have taken it to registered havells service center at firozbad DSE name: Ramniwas Yadav, he took it for service and gave a job sheet (no:[protected]) on 09.09.2021, After continue chasing him his response is found unsatisfactory.
i have lodged a complaint on your customer service on 12.10.2021 with service request number:[protected] and again today i.e. 20.10.2021.
My warranty time is lapsing day by day but I didn't get my LED back.
waiting for your response and satisfactory answer from your side.

It is to inform you that i bought lloyad automatic washing machine on 12-jun- 2018. But 3 month before it stopped working so i contact tollfree number [protected] ...compalining again and again they dont respond ...today they send service person from alwar rajasthan ...they put a new part in washing machine and takes 3700 ruppes ...and they gone but when we are using machine its not working they put a faulty part in it ...it is requesting you to solve this problem as soon as possible ...
All bills of machine and faulty part is annexed

We had procured a new 43” led tv in May’21 and from the very first its start giving us trouble ( automatically restart and hanged).

Registered a complaint three times but didn’t get a resolution .

Product is now dead from 13 days not yet get the replacement unit.

I must say Lloyd products and service is pathetic.

No customer centric.

Even after sending multiple reminders on customer care email address not get any single response.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Eng visited but problem not resolved also he not check the problem and eng not properly guide pls send experience eng kindly resolved the problem your service is very bad
My problem is refrigerator not cooling properly working water leakage problem

I bought a LLOYD 39” LED TV from Rasmi Connect on 17th Sep 2017 2019 with fiveyears warranty. Now the panel of the TV has gone and registered a complaint on 9th September 2021. After that a technician visited at our house and confirmed that the panel has been gone and he gave the assurance that either company will replace this panel or will provide a new TV. Even after more than 21 days of time no response has been received to us regarding the complaint. The spokes with LLOYD customer care once in 2 days and they promised that a senior authority will call and provide solution. It’s been more than 21 days now without solution for our concerns. So, I’m requesting an immediate action on this. I hope LLOYD is not concerned about the complaints for the products sold already.
