I have purchased product AC which warantee has been expired but no response since last one month as one service engineer mr.sameer Yadav having cell No.[protected] another cell No.[protected] has also attended complaint but no bill has been provided after non satisfactory service but we have paid the cash as demanded .we are calling customer care attending phone call but not providing service since last one month.
Service Engineer do not have sufficient instrument like R-55 nozzle hence service is not done .problem stands as it is but no one warried to provide proper effective service even though your valuable customer is ready to pay the charges but all the efforts are in vain as no bill has been provided and no service is provided.
so let us know what customer has to do and where he has ask for help ?

I think the fuse box damaged .A sound heard when on the TV . Know not working.

I bought a LLOYD 43” LED TV from Bismi Connect on 1st Dec 2019 with three years warranty. Now the panel of the TV has gone and registered a complaint on 11th August 2021(ref: [protected]). After that a technician visited at our house and confirmed that the panel has been gone and he gave the assurance that either company will replace this panel or will provide a new TV. Even after more than 15 days of time no response has been received...

My name is Chitti Babu I complained to you two months ago that I have an AC compressor compliant. Two months later you ignored my compliant. I will repair my AC myself if you tell me whether you are actually compliant or not

Washing machine is making a lot of noise while washing.
AC - Water is dripping inside the house.
Both are recently bought items.
I would like speedy service to be done.

We are using 1.5 ton AC and not working during day time till 4'o clock. Requesting your support or assistance to resolve this problem as early as possible.

My tv issue didn't solved since 25th May 2021 and today is 22 August..worst thing ever without a television at home.i stay in goa and I got call from a local goan office saying my TV will be replaced and they taken 2 times they taken KKG code and said the tv will be replaced in week and there is no news..not receiving my calls..and 10 times I called call center ..they said your problem will be solved soon but no call nothing..the local office of goa a lier and taking the KKG code and not solving..

It's not even been two and a half years since I got the Sir Lloyd washing machine. your machine had a blast.
Due to which she cracked completely. It's completely broken.
You make such material in your company that anyone can get hurt.
Thankfully my kids didn't get hurt. He was not nearby. Otherwise, as the blast happened, it would have hurt a lot.
Will you get that machine repaired or will I have to make a consumer complaint or will I have to file a case against your company?

I purchase my ac on 3 july 2021 . From day 1 my ac is not working properly and water drop is coming from indoor unit. I complaint several times but service boy come several times and told me to change drain pine after next time told me to change my shop curten ..After next time he told me to change place ... At times i perfer all work told by him and i done all the process . Bt water droplet is still coming through indoor unit.. All the manager and service inchage is not resolving my consern problem... Every time they demand new things to do . Bt they don't agree that their product is difective . Bt i request you to pls change or resolve my problem .. Otherwise second option is to go through with legal process or consumer court towards your company or distributer to selling me defective pics.

We got Lloyds AC serviced, he left after doing service, didn't shut anyone off. We called many times to those who had come to do such service but they did not come. Our request to you is please turn off the AC of our properly.

Last month I've registered a complaint regarding ac breakdown... Technician came and told us he will replace the compressor after 15 days one of a service center employee called and told me that they will give the compressor but customer has to install that compressor...

I have complained for my tv which is break down due to some panel issue.My TV is under 2 years warranty but they are not exchanging and give service .But they are asking for Rs.19000 for a new TV..Is this lLoyd services .Company is totally fraud and wants money for TV which is already under warrnty period..
Is this our fault that we are LLoyd CUSTOMER and we trusted on this fraud company..what a ###.If tou want money please ask as a beggar not like cheater.

I purchased a 1 ton split Inverter AC model no. GLS12I36WACP. Order no. RDF 16433277. Tax Invoice no. DG09SC[protected].

I've installed the AC today and the Engineer told me that there is no wifi connectivity. The company sticks the sticker on AC for no reason.

I've checked its feature online and clearly it is mentioned that there is wifi connectivity in this model.

Your lloyd staff is not solved my this complaint and not proper staff working

I had made service request 2 times before as well in last 2 weeks, but sadly I did not got my Llyod Air conditioner service done yet.

Couple of times team from bhubaneswar just contacted me but service was never done yet.
After a week one of the team member told in the morning and introduced himself as the manager, never told his name. His mobile number is +[protected]. He promised me to get it done on Thursday/13.08.2021.

On the Thursday morning when I have called him, he told that he is on his way to me. Then till evening he has not answered my calls, later I have called him again. He told that he will call me but never call me back again. I have attached call details and WhatsApp message for your reference.

I have told the entire story to let you get informed, how Bhubaneswar Llyod service team is providing service.

1. I have purchased Llyod air conditioner thought of getting good service, never got yet.
2. By getting this service I will never buy any Llyod product again in my life. Because me as a customer lost faith on company service.
3. I will never recommend anyone to buy Llyod Air conditioner or any product in future, as your company is not providing service.
4. You have lost my loyalty, future business from and future business through mouth to mouth marketing instead your competitors will get that business.

Your company is not providing service after repeatedly requests.

This is the 3rd time I am requesting:-
1.Kindly send a technician as water is dripping continuously from the air conditioner.
2. Air conditioner needs deep wet cleaning
3. Drainage pipe got blocked, need to be changed
4. Both of Insulation pipe was damaged need to be replaced.

Kindly consider it as my Urgent request.

I had purchased Lloyd android 56” tv from a dealer Jaynath associates from kolhapur. Since 2.5 mths i m facing bad problems of tv..two times I got board changed due to problems..now since 3 weeks there’s prob in remote so tv is not working..I am very much disappointed by the quality o[censored]r tv.. just think without tv we have no entertainment..due to covid we can’t go outside..we are really fed up of this tv. Please c to that either I get a tv changed...not atall happy with the tv.
