[Resolved] Lloyd — Harrassment Complaint & Refund | |
Respected Sir/ Madam, I had Purchased a AC (LLOYD Company) from M/S Kamal Electronics Budhlada on dated 09.10.2023. The coils (Parts of A.C.) of this AC is damaged. which's Guarantee is 5 years. Then I Registered a on-line Complaint of LLOYD toll free no. My Complaint no is [protected], Dated: 10.04.2025. After registered my on line Complaint, A call received me from (Mobile no: [protected] at 15:56 on Dated 10.04.2025) my Local city's LLOYD service center. They told me that we will send a Technician, But it will fees R.S. 580 + R.S. 3500 (Technician's fee + Gass refill). The coil is under 5 years warranty, it will be replaced free of cost. When I said that will I get a Bill for these Rs 4080? They said that if I want to get a Bill, GST will be charged separately. I have proof of this. Then I tried to investigate this on the same day,[protected] at 19:30, despite many efforts, I talk to a senior team officer (Mr. Druv) of the LLOYD company by customer service, and told him the whole incident. He said that your local service center is asking wrong money. According to the company policy, the fee is R.S. 2200 + R.S. 500 (Technician's fee + Gass filling). Now below questions has raised. 1) If the coil of an AC with 5-year warranty damaged down after just 1.5 years, then the gas will definitely leak on its own, Because the gas is contained in the coil itself. When the company is installing a new coil since it is under warranty, then why pay for Gass? Yes, if the gas had leaked due to any other reason, the company could have asked for money from the customer, But now the gass has leaked due to the gass Parts (coils) installed by the company. 2) The company's local service centers are demanding extra money from customers and are refusing to gave the Bill. What legal action will be taken against them in this regard? I am an higher level educated, aware and conscious person about my rights. If LLOYD company is doing this to a person like me, Then How much must the employees of this company be cheating the poor, illiterate people of India? Please solve my below requests. 1) My AC parts should be replaced immediately under warranty and the gass should also be filled under special case warranty. 2) Please take a hardly action taken against the company's local service center for misleading the customer. Please informed me also of all the action taken against them and take a Action with imposing heavy fines etc. Dated: 10.04.2025 Thank you.
