Sir, I amV padmaja and I purchased your product AC on 9 th this month at Jyoti furniture and electronic at Bapatla Guntur district Andhra Pradesh the dealer neglected to book installation engineer, when I asked already booked but not I myself booked and they give Mustafa an engineer when I asked him he said it's not his area he give me another name at Bapatla yesterday he didn't attend at given timewhatis this neglect of you people is it take 7 days to install AC my IDis
