Lloyd — AC is not cooling properly

I have purchase 1.5 ton llyod ac on 28/02/2020 from rc enterprises, 84, moti bazar, dehradun uttarakhand. My ac is not cooling properly. I have complaint against the above matter two times.
Your service engineer mr. Abhishek is giving unnecessary argument, but the problem is not solve till date.
Kindly resolve the problem or replace my ac as soon as possible.
