I purchased AC of LLOYD company in April first week. Since, that time the outer of the AC has created problems twice.
Last Saturday (25th June), the AC has suddenly thrown E6 error. After registering the complaint, the technician came and had checked the issue. He found that the PCB is not working properly and needs to be replaced.
Since, then NO solution is provided from neither the customer care nor the service center.
The attitude that is being shown by both is very pathetic and unacceptable.
Request you to take action on my issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.
