Lloyd — Ac not cooling well

Address:8/101, vandemataram par-1, sector-29, gandhinagar pin code-382030

I have purchased lloyd split ac 4 star on 27th may 2020 and after the next year in may 2021 I have to refilled gas and now in 2022 there is no gas, so will have to refill again.
And Gautam parekh, havells service engineer says gas refiling charge about 3500 rs.
Plz do something on my complaint
