Dear Lloyd Team,
I had purchased the Lloyd 1.5 ton capacity 5 star rating air conditioner on 20.04.2023 through Amazon. They are delivered on 27.04.2023 and same was installed by the Lloyd service dealer on 28.04.2023. with in 15 days time I was face the issue on AC ( Error code E5 and no cooling ) same was raised the service request on 18.05.2023, they are attend on 21.05.2023, they decided to sent the product to service center, same day with my own expenses I was hand over the product to dealer, they are returned the product after 26.05.2023, same was fitment done. With in 2 days same problem was arrived.
With in one month I am faced the issues, after long time I need to stay at dealer with aircondition to resolve.
Hence I requested to you, Lloyd company was cheated me by the supply of quality less product and poor service.
I need to the replace the new product or refund the money from Lloyd company Was this information helpful? |
