I bought a Lloyd led tv 32 inch on 2018 it's beean 4 years it shows display problems tv got 5 year warranty so we were said to replace it with a android tv with 32 inch by giving additional 10000 rupees by paying that money we got an normal tv only we tried to replace it but there are not willing it to

    Led tv warranty

    I have bought a Lloyd LED tv(L39FN2) From Vijaya home appliances adoor on 26/08/2017.The warranty period of the product is five years.Now the TV is not functioning properly.I have made a complaint to the Lloyd service center.Their technician examined the TV and said to me that the display panel of the TV has the problem. Now the company has asked me to pay ₹20000 to replace it with a new tv.I can't afford such a huge amount.The product...

    Respected sir,
    It is to inform you that i bought lloyad automatic washing machine on 12-jun- 2018. But 3 month before it stopped working so i contact tollfree number [protected] ...compalining again and again they dont respond ...today they send service person from alwar rajasthan ...they put a new part in washing machine and takes 3700 ruppes ...and they gone but when we are using machine its not working they put a faulty part in it ...it is requesting you to solve this problem as soon as possible ...
    All bills of machine and faulty part is annexed

      I buy a Lloyd ac before 2 months, But it is not getting cooling in Lloyd ac. The number of times the compliant arised Lloyd ac company dealer in khammam he did not respond. If you are unable to resolve any issues that may arise during the business days of the Company you may file a complaint in Consumer Court.

        We had procured a new 43” led tv in May’21 and from the very first its start giving us trouble ( automatically restart and hanged).

        Registered a complaint three times but didn’t get a resolution .

        Product is now dead from 13 days not yet get the replacement unit.

        I must say Lloyd products and service is pathetic.

        No customer centric.

        Even after sending multiple reminders on customer care email address not get any single response.

        REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

            I purchased a Lloyd led television model L43U2AOKA in 2019 . I had a warranty period {3years}till 2022 . I gone through a problem with my television that, it's pannel was not working, so I registered a complaint and called technician to solve it .             Freeze not cooling

            Lloyd Refrigerator serivce is very poor I registered a complaint on 28th September Complaint no-[protected] but no one visit at my home also no one technician call me I purchased a refrigerator 16 Nov 2020

              I bought a LLOYD 39” LED TV from Rasmi Connect on 17th Sep 2017 2019 with fiveyears warranty. Now the panel of the TV has gone and registered a complaint on 9th September 2021. After that a technician visited at our house and confirmed that the panel has been gone and he gave the assurance that either company will replace this panel or will provide a new TV. Even after more than 21 days of time no response has been received to us regarding the complaint. The spokes with LLOYD customer care once in 2 days and they promised that a senior authority will call and provide solution. It’s been more than 21 days now without solution for our concerns. So, I’m requesting an immediate action on this. I hope LLOYD is not concerned about the complaints for the products sold already.

                      Sir my name is Chittibabu I have complied four times so far that the compressor is gone but so far you have at least ignored it You are saying the same answer every time I have complied If you call your service engineer today he wants to go online. I'm been compliant for four months now and you still do not care at least still do.

                                AC service request

                                I brought an AC 2 years back and i was told i would receive 2 services within a year. Due to unfortunate event of pandemic we were unable avail the service with a year of purchase.
                                Upon contacting the service team they are uncooperative and stubborn that they wouldn't give us a free service because its been 2 years now.
                                well pandemic was not something i could have avoided, i wouldn't think of my AC getting cleaned up when people...

                                Need AC Motor replacement
                                Time required to replace the parts : 3-4 days.
                                Vendor never pick up the call and also no updates

                                Contacted Lloyd Customer care but of no use, they said, it is pending for the want of part, nothing beyond that.

                                When and how it will be repaired no clarity.

                                Vendor had taken the Advance of Rs 500/-
