I have purchased a AC 11 June but AC is not installed on 16 June please install my AC. Otherwise I return this AC.

The display of my led not working properly, it's showing lines. Sounds also disturbed.

I have recently booked for my window AC service, this one is my second service after purchase. But the service engineer called me what's the problem on that, I have already told him what's problem I facing on that. Finally after calling him 2-3 times the service engineer came for the service, but when they come for service they didn't wore any shoes cover and all and those guys are not cleaning very well during the service area. After completing the service, I am facing same cleaning issues.
I am very dissatisfied/disappointed your Lloyd service engineer.

Our one T Lloyd split AC inside unit turned off with remote but outside unit still working .Remedial measures

There is problem in my ac since last 20 days, i have been continuously trying to convey my problem to the customer support but tgey are only saying that we have forwarded the issue, now after 10 days they came and check and told about a faulty component and since then the same thing going on. They are not takimg any action regarding changing the component. We are facing problem but they are not listening. Lloyd has the worst customer support.. I request you to please look into the matter asap.

I brought a window ac 1.5 ton 3 star on 06.04.2021 from aligarh digital world shop.
From 1 st day its not cooling properly. And also defected front grill. I complaint to head city services provider mr. Rajeev shrma to change the grill and also log a complaint not cooling properly. On 08.06.2021 a engineer come and told gas leak proble.
I request yo change this ac because starting days it problems how it work next 5 year.

I am very disappointed to perchges your product.

Give me proper solutions.

Hello Team,

I have an issue with my AC and Lloyd is not fixing it. As per them there is no issue with the unit but we are facing the issue everyday. Service center they are associated with is very pathetic.

Blower is started when the mcb switch is on or remote off

E1 Error Displaying

I have purchased Inverter AC in july 2019 after some time of ac installation i have complaint of cooling problem but the engineer visit for this problem not satisfied us after this problem still continue . i want to sell this ac. if any policy of replace this product than i shall be thankful to u. this is very bad product of lloyd.

I have purchased an inverter split AC on 05th aug 2020. My ac is not working and an error code E5 is showing. On 2nd June 2021 I made a complain through customer care and a service request was generated vide complaint no[protected]. On 3rd June your engineer visited and after seeing the ac he told me that pcb is damaged and cost for repairing pcb is 9800/-. I asked him the duration of guarantee of pcb. He told me I have no idea. Then I showed him the purchase bill and asked again about it. He told me I will discuss about it from his senior and left. After about 1 hour again I contacted customer care and told him everything and a new message was forwarded to me as

"Dear Mr. Sandeep Kumar We regret for the inconvenience. Your service request[protected] has been escalated to Branch Service Head. - Havells".
Till now I have got no response from your side. Pl do the needful asap.
