I purchased two LLOYD LOGIC INV 1.5T SPLIT AC on 22nd February, 2021 from your authorised Dealer KS Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Allahabad.
One of the units S. No 87JLG04Z04620 was not cooling sufficiently even at the time of installation. And thereby within few days it was not cooling at all
I lodged a complaint in the month of march (around 31st March, 2021) with your authorised service centre. (please check from your service record).
Your Service engineers came to my house and could not find the reason for not cooling. And simply mentioned low cooling gas in chamber (Enquire from your engineers visited).They simply refilled the cooling gas. The unit started partial cooling.
Again, at todays date the unit is not cooling at all.
I called your service centre on 30th April, 21. They received call and asked me to lodge complain the company.
I hereby understand that you have provided me a faulty instrument. And request you to replace immediately without any delay.
Sending Service engineers several times in this pandemic is not advisable.
I hope you will understand my mental agony and do the needful at the earliest.
Also make me believe that the Company indeed have feeling for its customers.
