Sir, we bought Ac(loyd) last year in the month of may and on 19 we got the number like E6 and we contacted customer care from 19th onwards..but inreturn we have no response from ur side...we have choosen loyd based on the trust from ur side..but when your running an organisation this is not the way of receiving a complain from customers then no need of running the organisation..we have lost the trust Nd useless of choosing loyd (Havells)..you have prooven the worst service ..worst in receiving a complaints from customers..that's it.. atleast I hope you will be look at this complaint and conclude this problem.worst service of loyd and worst response of customer..we would never and ever buy loyd(havells)...if you won't receive this ...you directly prove that loyd and loyd customer care is worst in receiving a complaint and rectifying it.

Sir, we bought Ac(loyd) last year in the month of may and on 19 we got the number like E6 and we contacted customer care from 19th onwards..but inreturn we have no response from ur side...we have choosen loyd based on the trust from ur side..but when your running an organisation this is not the way of receiving a complain from customers then no need of running the organisation..we have lost the trust Nd useless of choosing loyd (Havells)..you have prooven the worst service ..worst in receiving a complaints from customers..that's it.. atleast I hope you will be look at this complaint and conclude this problem.worst service of loyd and worst response of customer..we would never and ever buy loyd(havells)...if you won't receive this ...you directly prove that loyd and loyd customer care is worst in receiving a complaint and rectifying it.

      This is inform you that we have purchased A c on 25th May 2021 from Assam Investment and construction company (ELECTROCITY), Guwahati vide invoice no EVB2C21220961 .

      In this Ac we are getting some sound and display error issues showing and we complained on 27th May 2021 but still there is no response from your side about this issue.
      Taking complain and but not resolving my issue. Your company message received for technician no but technician has informed that he is not in your company then why you are providing technician number .

      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible
      Or change our AC .

        Numbers are not showing on split ac lloyd

            I purchased ac on 24-2 2018, but after that service has been occured due to the same issue before 6 months only we changed that service . Again now it is showing like this.

              I purchased AC 1 ton LLYOD invertor type of cost Rs. 35000/- in April 2019 from Ambala Cantt on the basis of THE COMPANY LOGO KHUSHION KI Guarantee BUT UR PRODUCT BECOME ME FOR DHUKHO KI GUARANTEE . Since installation found faulty more than 5 times upto Apr 2021. Now again found that there is leakage in gas i.e only with in 2 yr. from its installation. i previously and again requested time to time for the replacement of such a faulty AC which are being faulty frequently. But service engr. TOTALLY refused for replacement and demand for repair of faulty AC for cost rs, 2800/- or more. Pl go through the past history of the fault booked I urged so many time for replacement but company did not bothered as I have ruined on your equipment Rs. more than 35000/- . Now I only want replacement or surrender the faulty AC under exchange offer. Further I will not compel to any purchase such a llyod dummy product.

                Purchased 2 ac together, last year, 1 yr warranty is not completed yet, ac is making heavy sound like a generator, last year same problem arises.
                Now this time again, what fraud you r making with your customers by providing cheap quality.

                          I registered a complaint with Lloyd about AC not working. It was on 16 April, 2021 when the complaint was first registered and since then, no response has been received.

                          Inspite of several calls and remainders over mail, I have not heard anything except the meaningless promisses and assurance to attend my complaint on priority.

                          The product is still under extended warranty that we purchased at the payment of Rs.999/- and even this fact has not let the company look into the matter on priority.

                          I have attached the bill and extended warranty confirmed in the attachment section.

                              My Lloyd AC three star installed in PMT Quarter No. 2/8, Type-II, at Mohanpura near vegetable market developed some technical snag since one week and not functioning properly. I have complained the matter to the dealer but he has not approached to rectify the same.

                              It is my humbly request to depute your technician for its repair. The AC was purchased and installed on 25/05/2020 and under warranty period.

                                I have registered a complaint with your customer care on 5th of May the engineer called me an 6th of May and visited the address provided with the complaint, the engineer suggested that they have to take the AC to the workshop for repairing and it will be reinstalled next day the engineer taken the AC since then he is not receiving any calls from me, I am continuously trying their no. As well as the agency S.A. enterprises not picking up my calls, highly disappointed with the services of a brand like loyyds,

                                    I bought 1 ton split AC from croma on 24th July 2020 and the product is under warranty. The product isn’t working since 2 months. I got the electricals checked twice and found no problem. I have registered a complaint with Croma but no response yet. The AC doesn’t cool at all since it started giving problem.
                                    Kindly help to get this resolved. Looking forward to have professional service from Lloyd team.
