LCD not working properly from date of parching & company not ready to solved or replace defected LCD. Even they are not visiting for any verification. I have given many calls to Lloyd but no resonance and also have very bad experience from there customer care I can say one of the worst experience of my life. I am facing this problem from[protected].
I have also contacted retailer "Vijay Sales, Hadapsar Pune" for the same but no resonance from them.

Please suggest what I should do now.

    Dear Sir,
    My name is vinay kumar goel and I have worked with Lloyd Electric & Engg. Ltd. from 14 July 2008 to 12 Dec 2011, I have given the resignation letter on 26 Nov 2011 to the company. I have given 15 days time for left to the company. but after many request Company are not clearing my account.
    I don't have any contract or any bond from company side.
    Resign letter Scan copy is attached.

    So i request to consumer court that please clear my account from this company.

      i bought a LCD tv of Lloyd from VIJAY SALES , JANAK PURI DELHI on 10/10/2010 . after using the product about 3 months the power card got damaged . i made complaint to vijay sales as well as to Lloyd for the fault . they repaired it but didn.t tell about the fault to us . after using the product about 1 month again the same problem arises . comapny repaired it again . after 1 month again the same problem got appeared . i requested the company to replace the product but they didn't pay any w their unability do replace the product . i contacted the Vijay Sales for replacement but they even not interested to receive my request letter. company repaired my tv again . with in a year my tv got repaired 4 times .
      after completing my warrenty period angain my tv got same problem . i request the Vijay sales as well as Lloyd to replace it but the replied that my Warrenty period is over and they didn.t do anything in that .
      I investigate and found that Lloyd LCD TV model L19 S is made spl for Computer screens it have function for the TV as well . Vijay Sales cheat on me and sold this product to me as a TV product , i am not ignoring the fact that it may work as tv but its design is mot suitable for computer screens more .

          I bought Fodders Lloyd 42'' LCD two months back, and soon it has developed fault. 1, a noise problem - set is producing continues noise while playing, Lloyd LCD technician visited and said the DTH box frequency is not matching with set so it produce noise, we called cable tech. he checked and said there is no problem with box, we don't know what to do.

          recently, it has developed another problem where a horizontal light ray travel from top to bottom,

          so friend after spending 35K I was not expecting such a poor quality - be care full while making same choice

            I have purchased LLOYD LCD TV 22 inch on 16th May 2010. Since last week the screen of LCD is gone. I logged complaint at the LLOYD company. The next day technician came. He checked it & he said its a logic board problem & said that the repairing cost will be 2200/-. I agreed to pay. He came back after 2 days. He checked it with the new logic board. But still it didnt worked. The technician said the panel of LCD is not working. The next day I spoke to Mr. Sandip Gavade from LLOYD about what to do. He said that he can not do anything, the Panel of LCD is gone and the replacement cost is more than the cost of LCD. So he cant do anything & he said that I have to throw the LCD. I spoke to Ms. Pinky from LLOYD , she said the same thing that the company cant do anything.

            I am very upset with the company. I am logging my complaint against LLOYD .

            Request to please help me.
            I recommend not to buy any LLOYD product.

            Yes You are absolutely correct, we have also purchased a Air cooler 4 in 1 worth Rs 6999/- on 24/05/13, but is not working from the first day .I have also complained in the company but they are not responding regarding this. NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

I said give me ur boss number every time he said my boss is on leave so i told him exchange my lcd and take difference amount. Then he call me and said difference amount is 26000/-.. So i chk on wedsite price of new led price is 30000/-.

            I am very upset .Now i am going to complaint in consumer court .
            I recommend not to buy any LLOYD product

            no respone from company during warranty period

            i have purchased a lloyd ac approx.2 month ago.but there were four problems in my ac from purchasing date. i have complained three times but no response from lloyd.please guide me what should i do now.

            Lots of problem with this products.
            Please be care while on purchasing LLOYD.
            I have been purchased a 50" LED from LLOYD in June-16 amounted Rs.49000/ (under three years warantee) and found screen problem within couple of month.lodged the complaint in service center immediately.NO RESPONSE AT ALL UP TO 45 DAYS bu local technicians.
            Finally got the replacement with the intervene of Regional team after conveying the my helplessness to approaching the consumer forum against LLOYD.
            However, again screen is not working and nobody is bothered to attend the registered complaint since a fortnight instead misleading.
            I think, we should approach to the consumer forum all to together to give them lesson to one and all.

              Our Office ACs by Lloyd (1.5 Ton AC with Chasis No. [protected]) has not been working for 10 days now making the office temperature go upto 33 degrees and causing sever suffocation to our office staff. The following actions have already been taken:

              1. Repeated complaints lodged on your customer care no. The complaint no. is [protected] and the follow up has been done at least 15 times in the last 10 days.
              2. The service staff had suggested some actionables 2 months back to solve our repeated AC problems and we had implemented the same and yet, the AC has not been working properly for the last 2 months and now the situation has become intolerable.
              3. The local service person mentioned at least 4 times during the last week that he is on his way, but did not show up. This level o[censored]nprofessional service is absolutely unacceptable from a brand like yours.
              4. I spoke to the Service Head, Sandeep this morning and he asked me for the complaint number. However, he is not answering his mobile too leaving us completely helpless.

              This is unacceptable level of service and shocking given that Lloyd is a reputed brand.

                Sir,

                I purchased AC of above said company on dated[protected]. I have complaint about this product after installation and I submit the complaint on toll free no. [protected] on dated[protected] by complaint no. [protected] and after submitting the complaint company's Technician visited us after 4 days and he open the Split AC indoor unit and he found that mouse has cut the wire of indoor unit motor fan. He said me that he will be back tomorrow and repair the unit. But till dated nobody has visited us and the indoor unit is still open.

                I call many time to Mr. Raj Head of Bharat Refrigeration Service Centre every time he said me i will send technician tomorrow. Now ten days already passed but no body is interested to take action against my complaint.

                I am really harassed by the service of this company and weather is really hot. I purchased this Split AC for cooling but its not working because service is not provided by above said company.

                So I requested you please, take action against my complaint as early as possible.

                    my name is Rahul Maan and I have purchased a LLYOD SPLIT AC 1.5 TON on 17-apr-11 from Prerna Electronics sector-7 faridabad.From day 1 there is a problem in swing motor.When they installed that AC we asked them whats this noise they said that a minor problem in swing motor and they will change it, but they haven't changed it yet though they have visited twice and moreover from last two days it is making lot of noise and cooling is also very less.
                    I have called the shopkeeper several times he is also saying that they have forwarded the complaint to LLYOD company and their engineers will come and check.
                    Now i dont want that AC to be repaired,because it this piece is having problems within 1 month then who knows whats the next problem, thats why i want a brand new AC.

                      This is Chirag mehta residence of House Number 241 sector 12 A Panchkula ;
                      we have purchased lloyd airconditioners on 02/06/2008 with bill Number 177 we have been constantly registering the complaint but there is no respond from the service people of lloyd from the last eight days .
                      I have again lodged the complain on 03/07/2010 at 8:00 p.m with complaint Number[protected] and i have been talking to Mr. Narinder - [protected] service concern from lloyd but he is not taking it into urgency and has been delaying for more than 24 hours as been commited by Services of lloyd ;

                      Please Treat it on an urgency basis and send the concern person as soon as possible without any further delay.

                        . I called at 6th Apr 2011 10.30 am from [protected] 2 times female executive just disconnect the line & male executive didn't give any response and Abusive behavior.....

                        I have purchased Lloyd co.s one 25 ltr Microwave Oven Make FL-25LCSSDM in oct 2007 since it is out of warranty i know that co. can't repair/service the product. But i desired to get repair the same from own cost from co.s reliable service centre/agent so i try to contact co.s tel no. 60006999 but unfortunately i couldn't able to contact on the same. And thats why i contacted to Snehanjali Nalasopara West near railway stn. and said all these problems to staff attaining the call tel.[protected] at 02.00 pm on 21.12.2010 but staff told me that the product is out of warranty so couldn't able to help, you may contact to any repairing shop/person.

                            4.On 05SEP2010 Service Incharge (FRANCHISE) Capt RANA said that the outdoor unit of the split AC is required to be taken to the workshop alongwith the foll terms:
                            a. THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE EQUPT HAS LAPSED ON 17AUG2010.
                            b. COST ACCRUED OUT OF REPAIRS HAS TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER TO INCL TRANSPORTATION CHARGES.
                            5.IT SEEMS THERE HAS BEEN A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO BUY TIME AND NO CONCRETE ACTION HAD BEEN ACCORDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD .
                            6.I AM A RETD RAILWAY ENGINEERT( SENIOR CITIZEN ) AND OUT OF THE WAY I HAVE BEEN MAKING ALL OUT EFFORTS TO GET MY SPLIT A C REPAIRED WHICH HAS CAUSED LOT OF MENTAL TRAUMA TO ME AS I COULD NOT GET SATISFACTORY SERVICES OF THE EQUPT I PURCHASED FROM FEEDERS LLOYD .
                            7.AS A LAST RESORT I AM MAILING THIS GREVIANCE TO YOU FAILING WHICH I WILL BE FORCED TO KNOCK THE DOORS OF CONSUMER FORUM. YOU ARE REQUETED TO DO THE NEEDFUL.

                              I have purchased this Lloyds Air Conditioner (1 TON) only a month back and now for the past one week its not working producing only heat waves instead of cool air. I have made a complaint in the toll free number on 29th July'10 and till today no one turned up for the services. There is no proper response in the toll free number and when we get the service dealer number and tried to reach them, they are also showing the same kind of bad response. I am totally frustrated and feeling bad why I have brought this brand instead I could have brought the VOLTAS which I am already having one. Can some one take this up to higher level and promote to band this product going forward please.

                                I have bought a LLoyd Split AC from VSP, which started giving problem from 4th - 5th day on approaching them nobody turned to attend my complaint, when I called Service Manager of Company he never took my call after a nasty SMS from me he took my call and started abusing he threatened me to see at my place when I also became hyper he asked me to come to his residence address (House No. 150, Gali No. 6, Zakir Nagar) as he will see me there.

                                Next day i visited lloyd office and met his Senior (Dheeraj Sarswat) he categorically said "Hum sasta bech rahe hain, achh chahiye to Voltas lelo". During the meeting this Service Manager threatened me that he will see me outside and said "Tere munh par phone fenk kar maarunga", this has happened in the presence of Secretary to Nipun (as per them he is VP of the organisation).

                                I want you to take action against them, my AC is still working.

                                Never buy a product from LYYOD, they are unprofessional when it come to service, they tech are under qulified.

                                They charged me Rs3000 to re-fill Collant, which was caused while fitting.
                                Madappa, Ramesh,,used false language while talking infact they were not ready to talk at all.
                                They were just passing blame on each other. I forcly had to use bad words.

                                I spoke to Sandeep from cal center and he said he was the only one who spoke properly and had some info.

                                There service had been pathetic. Aarkay tech said talk to LLOYD I dont know anything.

                                  on 02/05/2010 we have booked Air condition of fedders lloyd from authorized dealer Vijay sales, Thane(tip top plaza). it been more than ac is installed at home but not started for single second.

                                  evry day we are coplaining to fedders lloyd and vijay sales that kindly repair the ac or replace it .but every time there person and he is not able to rectify the problem.

                                  we are fed up with, half of the summer seaon is already gone now what's use of ac .


                                  I have never seen such a poor service.

                                  Fedders Lloyd Air conditioner — A failed performance

                                  we have purchased an airconditioning machine.the machine was purchased in the month of May and since then the machine has not been functioning. several comolaints with the dealer and the co have fallen on the deaf ears.Can anybody help ?

                                    Hi,
                                    My name Anand Namboodiri, Main priest Koodalmanikyam Temple, the one and only Lord Bharatha Temple in India.
                                    i bought the AC FLO 9JACGL4 on 04/01/2008 for 17000+.
                                    after 5 months the cooling became low, and i told the agency from where i bought the AC, unfortunatly there was no use till the end of 2009. then he gave me a toll free number and asked me to register a complaint. i registered the complaint and after a long wait of more than one month, a guy came and said there is a problem in the gas unit. he just filled the gas and took Rs.800 from me without even a recipt.and also he took the remote controll of the AC because it was not working as well. since then there is no response from them who said they are the authorised service persons from Lloyd in Thrissur. i tried to contact them through the phone, but no reply and still not rectified the complaint. and i lost the remote as well. now i can't switch on the AC. i called the toll free number again, which i suppose is a call center several times, and still thre is no reply. now its very hot in kerala and i got an AC which is new and i can't use. how unlucky i am. i am fed up with you people. i should have bought a good AC from some other company which has good product and service. it would be a great help if you could do something.

                                      We have purchased 10.5 tns split ac of LLOYD company from VIJAY SALES (ANDHERI WEST), Bill No. [protected], on 1st May, AC was delivered on 2nd May, we were told in two days time company mechanic will come for installation, nobody has turned up, therefore on Tuesday I have called LLOYD CUSTOMER CARE No., executive told me that he can not help me in this case as request has to come from VIJAY SALE (MAHIM), than after Thursday i have called VIJAY SALES on[protected], they said that within two days mechanic will come, but till today i.e Saturday, 8th May no one has attended the complain, neither LLOYD is reddy to give service nor VIJAY SALES are giving any reply as it is most difficult to connect their no, its busy most of the time. Pls let us know it was our fault that we have bought a product of LLOYD company.
