Lloyd — Complaint for not resolving the problem in my AC

My AC is not working since last 18 days, I had registered a complaint 15 days before. Technician visited and told us that the indoor PCB is malfunctioning and we ordered the part and ask him to replace it ASAP. After waiting 14 days the technician came and change the AC with new PCB but still the problem not resolved. It is showing E5 Error. Then the technician told us that the problem might be in outdoor PCB and we need to change it which will cost around 14K and also we will not get any warranty of that part. Even we register a complaint in customer care for better consultation and the representative told us that a senior technician will visit and resolve the issue within 48Hours. But it is 72Hours over but nobody attended still. We are facing serious problem for that. This type of nonprofessionals commitment is not accepted at all. After raising the issue so many times nobody from the company side is not taking any accountability. Worst Product with worst Service facility.
