Lloyd — complaint regarding to the appliances service

We had bought 2 lloyd ac last yearwhich is in a five year warranty. Now it stopped working due to unknown problem so we had complaint in a shop but we did not got any appropriate answer and our problem is not solved yet. We are not satisfied with such service so kindly solve our problem and take any action and improve your company's service.
