Very worst customer care service. We are trying to reach your customer care... but all your customer care executives are busy at all the times... and there comes a useless message that "our company is very good, getting so so awards"...who is giving you those awards God knows... When tried to register a complaint on website... it took all the details and a message is coming mentioning " your complaint is registered" but there is no reference number...If i have to track the complaint ... there is no way... In this way, company can escape any time... Why have you opened a company like this... where you dont want to provide any post sale service.. but dont worry dear...i will post this message to each and every blog...until my AC gets repaired...
