Lloyd electronics — Unable to Reach Customer Care | |||
I purchased a LLoyd Split AC last year with which I was given 3 free services in a year. Now in order to avail my free service I had to contact customer care. There are several issues with your customer care. 1. There is no number for UP. As mentioned on your website: J&K, HP, Haryana & Punjab:[protected] Maharashtra, Chattisgarh & Goa:[protected] East & North East State:[protected] Gujarat & MP:[protected] South India:[protected] Rest of India:[protected] The rest of India number never picks up. I tried like 10 times at different time of the day. 2. Your online complaint system is a hoax. After I enter all the details, I do not even get a Reference Number for my complaint and there is no email sent. Pathetic customer service. Because of your inappropriate service I could not avail my free service for the AC. Was this information helpful? | |||
